“Good facilities but terrible customer service”
The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. The 2 bedroom apartment was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable with clean beddings. The looooong swimming pool almost reaching the beach was a major highlight! It has direct beach access, and beautiful grounds. On the last day, the hostess was nice to organise staff to sing happy birthday for my daughter.

The view from the apartment and staff friendliness. I didn't like the resort room which is what I booked. I was upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was amazing to say the least. My grandma and I rally enjoyed our stay thanks to all the staff willing and ready to assist.

Juliet,Jacinta and George at the restaurant always quite helpful and Pelister Kariuki in the kitchen as well. Phanuel the technician good at his job and very helpful. Karissa the housekeeper always working to exceed expectations each day and the management should consider a raise for the guy. However more improvement is required on the Ala'carte section, which is the heart of a hotel FnB, not to concentrate alot on the mass production section. Generally the stay met my expectation, food variety was good as well as quality.

“I loved my environment. Quiet. Ambience, serene.”
Breakfast was good though someone like me would recommend that at any given time complex carbohydrates are served(arrow roots/yam, sweet potatoes and even githeri even if served in small portions. Chicken wasn't served for any of the days that I stayed there. Improve on fish and meat roaring to ease congestion at the serving point. Pool 100% success. Put variety of meals. Improve on the cooking.
