Located in Nyali, 14 km from Moi International Airport and 7 km from the city center in Mombasa, PrideInn Nyali Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, an on-site restaurant, as well as an outdoor pool. I liked the Customer service from the Security at the gate to everyone's else.But my highlight is how good the Security were,I didn't get time to appreciate them but I was happy.

Please improve on the food quality. We often had to complain...how do you offer stale sausages?? The buffet selection is also very poor. You can do better Having been to PrideInn Paradise and PrideInn Flamingo I expected the standards to match

“Amazing staff! Loved the ambience”
The staff were amazing and helpful! They allowed me to check-in earlier than started time as my flight was in the in the morning and they voluntarilty upgraded my room which was nice!

“Pride Inn Nyali Review”
The staff were very helpful. From the friendly front desk team (James & Jackie) to the supportive housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive. Manager Dennis deserves special recognition for his prompt responsiveness and effectiveness in handling any issues I raised. The property is located in a safe walking distance to City Mall & Nyali Centre which I appreciated. Meals served were great too.

The breakfast is quite fresh and there are many choices. I in particular enjoyed the fresh juices since it is quite hot in Nyali. The room size was smaller than I expected. The location is ideal if interested in Nyali, Bamburi beach and other attractions in the area but is a good distance from Mombasa town. The staff are quite lovely and courteous.
