We didn't get the apartment we booked it was totally different furnisher was not the same they gave us another apartment WiFi was not working they fixed after we had to go to the reception to use Internet when I show the picture3one of the stuff the room we have booked she said yes is available the other lady said there is someone else who is living there

“Excellent”
First time at this wonderful hotel. The staff was very helpful, starting from the airport transfer until departure. We had an apartment with a huge terrace, overlooking the beach. I recommend anyone visiting the Shanzu Beach area to stay at this hotel.

Spacious comfortable rooms, the pool area -family friendly, Pavilion views, relationship with Pride Inn- great food from Pride Inn, great cocktails from Istanbul Cave, Quiet rest space in evening, Beach access and ability to prepare own meals.

“Beautiful place for relax”
Place is beautiful, huge pool area, towels at the pool always clean and available. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is next the beach and very nice beach restorants. Bed are good, wifi works well and super beautiful balcony with amazing ocean and pool view. Staff friendly and atmosphere was very nice.

“Beach Resort without resort catering”
The hotel is right by the beach and has beautifully decorated and renovated rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole studio felt exaggerately spacious for just one person. Rooms face the beach, and you can even watch an awesome sunrise from your window. Outside area has a huge swimming pool, maybe the biggest in Mombasa. Staff was super kind and attentive.

This is one of the worst experiences ever having travelled the world and indeed kenya--last time here we stayed in Severin --nothing compares in any regards from check in to check out!!! it was an appalling experience

The room we were given was full of cockroaches. We had to get the staff to fumigate the room, and we could still see them after that. Eventually, our room was changed the next day, but it was our worst experience. i would recommend staff to thoroughly check the rooms before giving them to clients. also, there needs to be continuous maintenance of the rooms.
