The stuff was nice and friendly we was offered drinks on arrival they also allowed us to check inn early which was nice of them the guest relation najiib was very nice guy came to see us if we needed anything to make sure that was very nice of him we loved swim on the Beach is absouletly breath taking

A special thank you to Karibi at the Front Desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helped us find the best accommodation option at a great value. Nadim from Guest Relations was also exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their outstanding service made our experience truly memorable and is a big reason why we would happily return. Jumeirah Beachfront Hotel is a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa.

The apartment was really spacious, especially the kitchen was huge. And AC was in each rooms. Hot water comes out well. The apartment is clean and the staffs were very kind and responding well. Pool in the apartment were big enough to swim back and forth. The food was available 24 hrs a day from the restaurant at the hotel. The pool at the hotel has a nice ocean view that we were able to enjoy the morning swim.

Our two-week stay at Jumeirah Beach Apartments was highly enjoyable overall. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments offered comfort, great sea views, and thoughtful amenities. The grounds were beautifully maintained with easy beach access, and the staff provided consistently excellent service. A special thank you to Najim, Head of Guest Relations, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Aside from a slightly slow check-in and the lack of a toaster, everything exceeded expectations. We would gladly return and highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Mombasa.

The pool / lounge area looks different than on the pictures, but it is nice. Not a large pool, but sufficient. The ocean is close, the beach is however full of trash in front of the hotel, it makes one not want to be outside. Please consider collecting the trash in front of the hotel.
