Enjoyed staying at English Point Residence. The rooms were clean and spacious with lovely views. The staff were very welcoming and accommodated us and our son. The owner, KD was welcoming and shared tips on places to visit that made our trip.

We had an amazing stay at English Point Residence and can’t recommend it enough! I booked it as a surprise for my girlfriend, and although we initially confused it with English Point Hotel, KD warmly welcomed us and took the time to explain everything, which immediately put us at ease. We were given a beautiful beach-facing room with spectacular views that made the experience extra special. The residence is very clean, secure, well-maintained, and perfectly located. KD was an incredible host—always checking in and ensuring we were comfortable. The service overall was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. A standout moment was the special birthday dinner KD helped organise for us, which made the trip truly unforgettable. It really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return—10/10!

My stay at this property in Mombasa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. One of the standout features was the swimming pool located right next to the sea, an absolutely breathtaking experience. Being able to relax in the pool while enjoying the coastal atmosphere created a perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. The neighborhood itself is wonderfully quiet, making it ideal for anyone looking to unwind and escape the usual noise and rush. The peaceful surroundings truly elevate the experience. The staff deserve special mention, they were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Their level of service was outstanding, and it genuinely felt like they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. I was also very impressed by the security team, they were highly vigilant and reassuring throughout my stay. It gave a strong sense of safety and comfort, which is invaluable when traveling. Overall, the ambience of the property is simply perfect, calm, elegant, and thoughtfully curated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mombasa and looking for a top-tier experience. The apartment is located in a private villa, it is well guarded, everything is very clean, and there is a magnificent view of the bay. The house is designed in such a way that you do not see your neighbors, and the windows of the bedrooms and the terrace overlook the ocean. Each room had access to a terrace where we could have breakfast in the morning, which we could choose from (Rain, the young and talented chef, always asked us what we wanted, and we even ordered dishes that he did not know about a couple of times, but we found a recipe together and he did an excellent job!). In general, all the staff are as pleasant and polite as possible, it's like you've come home to your family, everything is very kind and cozy. Some emotions were caused by beautiful dogs, very affectionate, well-mannered, intelligent! The villa is close to shopping malls, restaurants and an excellent casino :) If you need something in Mombasa or want to go somewhere, just ask.

We had a wonderful stay at English Point Residence Beach Apartments and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed for two nights as a family of five (four adults and our 6-year-old son), and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. The views were absolutely stunning, with sweeping sights of the sea and Mombasa city that we enjoyed throughout our stay. Our son especially loved playing with the friendly dogs, which was a lovely and unexpected highlight for him. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the easy access to the beach made it perfect for both adults and children. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully served directly to the room, adding an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Overall, the combination of space, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend English Point Residence Beach Apartments to families and anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay in Mombasa.

From the moment we arrived, KD, our host, was there to welcome us with warm hospitality. He personally met us at the property and took the time to provide us with the key along with an introduction to all the amenities and features of the accommodation. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort was immediately apparent and set a wonderful tone for our entire stay. Throughout our time at the property, KD and every member of the staff (Rajab, Silas etc.,) we encountered were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. Their professionalism combined with their friendly, approachable manner made us feel truly valued as guests. The property itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute lifesaver and a dream stay for my family As a mother, my expectations for comfort, safety, and peace for my family are very high...and English Point Residence exceeded them in every possible way. Our stay began under very stressful circumstances. On the day of travel, our original accommodation abruptly called to say they were fully booked and could no longer host us. We were already en route to Mombasa and spent hours searching for an alternative, unsure if we would find anything suitable at such short notice. When we came across English Point Residence, we honestly weren’t sure if they would have availability but to our great relief, they did. From the very first interaction, KD, the owner, was exceptional. He moved swiftly to accommodate us, confirmed availability immediately, and reassured us that the apartment was ready. Despite this being a last-minute booking and our train arriving late into the city, KD and his team remained welcoming, responsive, and eager to host us. Upon arrival, my family and I were absolutely blown away. The residence felt like paradise: massive, airy rooms and breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the ocean. The moment my children saw the space and the sea, they were overjoyed, and as a mother, that instant happiness meant everything to me. I knew immediately we had found something special. KD’s team was equally impressive. Led by Carol, the support staff were efficient, warm, and extremely professional. We were settled in quickly and effortlessly, and within no time, we were enjoying a swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. A moment of pure relief and joy after a very long day. English Point Residence truly felt like a home away from home, elevated by stunning views of the incoming tide and an atmosphere of calm and luxury. Our stay at English Point Residence, Mombasa in August was simply outstanding. The property is superbly maintained, with all facilities working flawlessly — only the master bathroom might benefit from a little refresh, though everything was fully functional. The location is spot on: tucked away in Nyali, it offers both privacy and comfort, just far enough from the bustle of the main streets while still feeling wonderfully homely. The real highlight, though, was the incredible hospitality of KD. His generosity and big-hearted approach flow through the entire team, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel instantly at home. Add to that the charm of the resident dogs — who were as friendly to us as we were to them — and it’s easy to see why this place feels so special.
