Good size, good location. We were part of city blue. They cleaned the flat daily and we could use the facilities at city blue.

I absolutely loved the room. I loved the amenities that is the pool, the gym 10/10, the proximity to the beach, and the privacy. It was definitely a good, clean residence. The view from the restaurant was also beautiful. Hospitality was top. Customer service was also good. I will visit again and would recommend 💯 The front desk could use a little bit of warming up, but Yusuf was amazing, kept checking in ensuring I'm comfortable although I was out a lot😂 which is why location from different stores was a challenge for me.

The beach front property. The guards at the beach were quite friendly and ready to assist at any point.

The reception was too slow. We spent over 40 mins waiting to check in despite calling the hotel several times from the airport before arriving. We could not collect our receipt on checking out also. We paid in dollars and yet they put same dollar amount on the receipt with KES as the currency. We said we need a reprint and after waiting for over 30 mins, we had to leave so we do not miss our flight. They need to improve on service at the reception. However, rooms were clean and room service was great. The location was good and it was very easy to get Uber.

I love Cowrie Shell, I lived here longer time before. The staff, the bar and nice deco with so comfortable bed and of course gym.

Its a nice secure place. I was there for just a night, enroute to Malindi. The Breakfast was really nice. Choice of 3 or 4 from continental, Indian, swahili and there was a fourth one. The bed was really comfy and we were really tired from the journey so we slept like logs. The staff were very helpful.

The staff were nice, everything in the property works fine. The Wi-Fi too, though takes time to connect but works at an okay speed. It would’ve been a 10/10 if they offer breakfast buffet but they don’t offer breakfast at all and water at least. I was not expecting a 1 bedroom apartment though.
