The staff were excellent, they knew our dogs name, brought her water etc.( Poppy) They were very attentive, asking if we'd like drinks, taking us through to dinner and asking about our holiday. The tasting of local wine and produce on the Sunday evening was much appreciated too. The restaurant menu was excellent value for money and we enjoyed trying the local dishes that the chef made. A fabulous place, mainly down to the excellent staff. Well done!

The staff were lovely, the breakfast and dinner had good options and were generally very good quality. The free use of the indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna were greatly appreciated.

The hotel has recently been restructured and possesses both a captivating modern side and its traditional enchanting look. The room Alpenrose was grand! An incredible space with thoughtful modern touches and two beautiful lakeview balconies. The hotel is located in a strategic position, walking distance to the lake (which offers multiple sport activities) and to the cableway. The family who runs the hotel is lovely and are the soul of this fantastic place. This is the place to stay in Molveno!

Breakfast was good with nice variety to chose from. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and beds were comfortable. Dinner was good value at 25 Euros although menu very limited (although that does mean everything is fresh and freshly cooked)

We had the most amazing experience at Alpotel Dolomiten. The view from our room overlooking Lake Molveno was simply breathtaking, waking up to that every morning felt like a dream. What truly made our stay special was the staff, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was just outstanding: a rich selection of fresh, high-quality options to start the day right. The hotel also offers great facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even opened breakfast a bit earlier because of our day hike. Rooms and wellness were super clean, and the food delicious!

A lovely hotel by Lake Molveno with a fantastic location — just a short walk from the lakeside promenade and the town center. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and featured local products. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips for hikes or restaurants. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful, especially in the evenings. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains were breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony felt like a true Alpine escape.

Sauna & steam room excellent value for €10 pp. the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Good location - 5 mins to centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic to have parking included on site
