“Beautiful!”

We really loved Molunat! We visited in May after being in Dubrovnik, and it was a welcome dose of peace and tranquility, as well as beauty, and was an easy 50 minute drive. We chose Molunat for the snorkelling, and it was brilliant! Our two teenage boys loved seeing plenty of fish in the crystal clear water. We also loved using the Villa’s SUP boards and paddled over to the island and around the bay. Villa Molunat was lovely. It was clean and spacious, and Natalie and Renato were really helpful and easy to ask questions- they even allowed us a late check out when our flight was late, which we were so grateful for. Molunat had 3 options for eating out, all of which were good. There’s a small supermarket up the road from the villa too, which had everything we needed for lunches and breakfast (apart from fresh milk!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be a hidden gem we will hopefully get to go back to one day.

Renato was friendly, helpful and very accommodating about some specific requests. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea and the islands across from the balcony. You can just walk down to small private jetty in front of the property for a dip in the sea, use the paddle boards or just soak up the sun on the sunbeds. The pool and poolside was clean, quiet and relaxing. You can walk to the mini-market and restaurants in the village as it is small, quiet and friendly.

Amazing accommodation, all necessary facilities were there. Swimming pool was perfect for kids. Super clean. The view from the balcony was just stunning, every day looking at the sea is so wonderful! Super friendly stuff, we felt very comfortable throughout the whole stay there. Also the parking space is very convenient. The access to the sea, made the stay even more pleasant, for early morning swim but also for just chilling by the sea on the sun-beds, without necessity to go/drive anywhere else.

The location is very peaceful and relaxing. The view was perfect. The air conditional worked perfectly .

We was there for 4 nights, with 2 children. Everthing was above our expectation.Aparment was clean and well equiped. Private beach with free of charge sunbeds and sup's, children was delighted. We highly recommend Villa Molunat as your choice for vacation.

The flat is very modern, new and well-equipped. The pictures shows the reality. The owner was very helpful. I definitely can recommend to book here.

The host Natalia was so sweet and kind , and the villa Honestly it's a 5 star the build quality is super not just a commercial thing very very clean and the view from the balcony was just amazing we stayed in apartment 302 and it exceeded our expectations the villa had its own private beach excess and for fun it has 2 paddleboard you can use for free and Natalia was so kind to come all the way down to open the gate for me , oh ya forgot to mention on the day of our arrival Natalia saw how Exhausted and sweating I was from the heat she even took my suitcase up helping me and ya there was an old man didn't ask for his name was very friendly and funny , we regret me and GF not staying there as soon we arrived in dubrovnik as we first stayed in different apartment in dubrovnik , next time we decide when we go to dubrovnik again to book straight at Villa Molunat

“Perfect holiday”

Everything! I stayed with my family for 8 days. It was fantastic. We could use paddel boat free(they are belong to the apartment). Daniella and Renato are very kind. They arrange local taxi for us when we departed early in the morning to the airport. Natalia is super kind person and pay attention to everything we need. Apartment is very clean and comfy. View from the terrace was fabulous. We alreay make a plan to come back. Thanks for everything. It was a perfect vacation.

“Paradise”

I loved everything ! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well equipped, the beds and the sofa are confortable, there is air conditioning in every room, a seif, a smart TV (netflix + youtube) and 2 bathrooms (one big, with bathtub and one small, with a toilet). The view from the balcony is stunning, the pool is super nice and the private beach in front of the villa is also very beautiful. It extends over 3 levels and has free sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea water is crystal clear, warm and very good for snorkeling. I felt like I was swimming in a big aquarium. And the owner is very kind and provides you with everything you need.
