“So bad we stayed there 1 night instead of 10, owner would not refund. Don't waste your money here.”

The pictures don't tell the complete story. The apartment is very small and dark. But the bigger issue for us was that, stepping outside of the apartment, there is zero privacy. The 'patio' area is shared by many different mini apartments. Additionally, there is a motorcycle repair shop right there, with a man sitting there most of the day, doing repairs. So this area is pretty useless, if you try to sit there, you will smell motorcycle oil (instead of the adriatic sea) and hear the sounds of repairs. Also, on our first day, there was a guy repairing doors, with loud hammering. Additionally, there are 2-3 seemingly poorly maintained AC boxes around, if they start up, you'll be hearing that instead of the adriatic sea and nature (inside or outside of the apartment). I think this is an acceptable rental if you want to stay 1-2 nights on a trip and just need a place to sleep while you visit Dubrovnik during the day. Overall, it's just not an acceptable vacation situation, especially compared to other options in Molunat a few meters away. It's so bad we stayed there 1 night instead of 10 and moved to another option in the same town. Owner is now willing to refund, he kept 9 nights worth of my money. Don't waste your money, there are better options in Molunat.

Antonio was very kind and helpful. The beach was close to the appartment and wasn't crowded. The appartment was clean, comfortable and well equipment. Everything was excellent.

“Paradise”

This was paradise on earth Antonio was a perfect host, gave us suggestions on things to visit, the apartment was immaculate and in a picture perfect spot. The bed was very comfortable, everything you needed was in the apartment. I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was thanks to Antonio's apartment, the location is paradise and molunat its self is just gorgeous

Antonio is very helpful and friendly. The appartement provides everything you need for a pleasant journey. We are very much looking forward to visit again! Congrats, I ve been travelling quite a lot in my life but this vacances I keep in my heart very deeply.

Apartman is located just at the right spot - there are two beaches nearby, both within 10 min walk. Beach Monika might be better for majority of visitors as it is sand beach with relatively shallow sea. Antonio waited for us at the parking slot which is less then 50 meters from apartment. He helped a lot with many ideas what to see and where to go. Not to forget, he was always available on WhatsApp for whatever reason we needed him. Molunat is small place and therefore quite peaceful. Nevertheless, there are many things to visit and see in Konavli region so each day can be filled with activities. Some of them are Rectors palace, old Sokol castle, wineries, restaurants, Cavtat, Dubrovnik, etc.

A very cozy apartment with a lovely view. The owner is very friendly and extra helpful. Molunat is a small and quiet village where you can relax with no rush of tourists.

We had great six days at the Mistral apartments. Great location, fantastic views. Antonio, the owner, seemed like we met friend, whom didn’t met for long time ago :). Not big, but very cozy apartments. Monulat, small village, but with everything you need: beach, restaurants, shop, close to Dubrovnik. We liked everything. Thank you for perfect vacations!
