The best view from the large balcony in the whole of Lake Como - the location was superb and if you have a car only 10mins to Como along a good road and easily accessible to motorway and airport and Milan - Apartment was roomy and lovely - also Maltasio may be quiet but is lovely village to wander in - also good restaurants - bus and ferry connections - what more could you want

The apartment has the best view you can imagine, overlooking the Como lake. It is a two-bedroom apartment well suited to families.

Everything was magical! The location, the view from the balcony. The village is absolutely amazing, it is not crowded with tourists like neighbor villages, very calm atmosphere throughout the day. Moltrasio has great food spots and very good ferry transportation. The apartment is big and has everything you may need (and I mean it!). Dishwasher, good fridge, all the needed cutlery and tableware, additional blankets, honestly everything you may have at your home and even more. But the view is the star of the show! I didn't expect myself to be so impressed, but each time I looked at those beautiful heels and lake, I was stunned. Thank You very much for welcoming us, it really felt like home and like a fairytale 💙

The apartment is very well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine that allows to drink coffees on the balconies facing the amazing lake Como views. It’s located in a small town, very calm and suitable for a few days of relaxation. The host, Cristina, is very friendly and happy to help with all the questions. We spent four days in Flora apartment and wish it could have been another week as we enjoyed it so much.

Beautiful lake view, big apartment. Very nice stay. It was easy finding a parking spot, although we arrived on Saturday.

“A lovely, too short stay in one of my favourite places on Lake Como”

The flat is very comfortable and welcoming, with a spacious bedroom and a lovely sitting room. The kitchen is also very well equipped and everything is spotless clean. From the sofa one can look outside the window and see the mountains surrounding Lake Como. The owner let us in when we arrived and is super friendly and helpful. We could have stayed much longer than the 2 days we had booked - hope to come back soon!

Boun Natale, Christina is very very friendly and the pension is larger than expected. Well equipped kitchen and living room were comfortable. The most wonderful thing was the balcony/window view and the landscape. we took a lot of pictures and enjoyed.

Beautiful location, to wake up to the view we had everyday was an absolute delight! Our lovely hostess had provided us with alot of things to help us during our stay, which she didn't need to but did so out of the goodness of her heart, we very much appreciated this. We recommend taking the bus from como to reach Maltrasio, it's cheapest and is 15 min to arrive. It runs every hour or so. We also recommend Lenno and Argegno (and the village above it Pigra) as places to visit rather than ballagio. You can get the bus directly as the bottom of the property and it will take you straight to them. Having bus and ferry links at a short walking distance was amazing.
