“Don’t look past a ground floor unit”

This was my fourth stay at Fathoms, first stay in Unit 2, and I’m converted. I’ve always stayed on units on the top floor but this time was travelling with my parents so thought ground floor would be better. It was in many ways. The unit was bigger than the upstairs ones I’ve stayed in, there is extra outdoor areas ie. off each bedroom which would be a benefit on hot summer nights and the overall accessibility was great. Checking in was effortless with the great communication. The unit was beautiful and clean and there are ample supplies in the kitchen. The tennis court has had some money spent on it since my last stay and the pool is well cared for. We had 5 adults staying for two nights and we couldn’t find nothing to complain about. I will definitely book my next stay at Fathoms in Unit 2.

there were minimal instructions on the location of the lockbox. I was also given the wrong code for the lockbox so we couldn't get into the property. On a Sunday afternoon it took over an hour to speak to someone to get the right code. No apologies given, it seemed like it was my fault.

Very well appointed with everything you need! Location across from the beach is superb despite us travelling on a wet windy weekend. Comfy for a couple plus friend and easy access to apartment, garage, etc.

Location very convenient for Mollymook beach, short walk to beach and shops, drive to Narawallee beach & inlet. 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge/kitchen area, laundry, bathroom with separate toilet. Perfect for family or 4 or 5. Plenty of bedding & towels. The overall complex looks a little old & tired, but the facilities in the apartment had all we needed. The kitchen looked brand new with new appliances. Pool available for use shared between the complex. Parking space available.

Fathoms 2 is a fabulous unit in lovely complex in a garden setting complete with pool and across the road from the beach. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable for our family. Highly recommend!

Fully functional kitchen including dishwasher; basic cleaning supplies available. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds and linens. A/C in main and ceiling fan, pedestal fan in second bedroom. Large bathroom with full bath and large shower. Washing machine, dryer, airer and pegs was very convenient. TV, DVDs, games, tennis equipment. Ground floor apartment made it easy access to walk across the road to the beach. Nice pool and tennis court.
