A 5-minute walk from Mollymook Beach, Bannisters features a solar-heated swimming pool, a day spa and a restaurant with cuisine by award-winning seafood chef Rick Stein. Rick Stein's restaurant menu offers delicious seafood dishes using local oysters, crab and fish. There is a range of desserts and gourmet breakfasts available. Bannisters Pool Bar is open daily from 12:00 offering light snacks. Some suites features a private garden terrace with a refreshing plunge pool and a double spa bath in a spacious bathroom. Other rooms offer a balcony with glistening ocean views, a single spa bath and separate shower. Luxury toiletries and bathrobes are provided. Bannisters Mollymook is a 10-minute drive from both Ulladulla Wharf and Mollymook Golf Club. It is a 3 hour drive from Sydney and 2.5 hours drive from Canberra.

Location. Loved the big fluffy bath towels and appreciated heated towel rail. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and the restaurant was the reason we stayed here but my husband sadly did not enjoy his at all. He had the signature dish: snapper and he said it was tough and hard to chew

Breakfast could have been explained more. Such as cost, you have to ask nothing is made obvious. You are told there is a buffet and juice then asked what hot food you want, with no cost explained. Tea and coffee or toast you have to ask for. Could all be a little more forthcoming.

“Great customer service and overall stay!”
The customer service is exceptional! Very attentive staff at reception and admin. They have accommodated our request related to the payment re-arrangement and provided support even after our stay. The room was beautiful with complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and homemade artisan chocolate with a birthday note on arrival which was a lovely touch. The venue restaurants were great with plenty of options and again great customer service. Thank you, we will be back with our kids next time.

The location is stunning! - Beaches and the greater neighbourhood are quite inviting. Hiltop, a nice golf course only a few kilometres away. Dinner at the pool bar was pleasant.
