Plenty of space for our family. Had everything we needed and more (cooking utensils, bbq, coffee machine, dishwashing/cleaning items, toys, etc). Clean and well-presented. The bedrooms were spacious and the lounge in the lounge room was so comfortable! Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.

“The best kept secret in Mollymook!”
This is my second time staying here (the first was July 2023). I loved it so much that I booked again for another group. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of private space. It's very well laid out with a downstairs family room (perfect for a group of kids who want a "sleepover") and two sleeping quarters spaced. The kitchen was a highlight. I have never stayed someone with such a well stocked kitchen with every appliance and utensil imaginable. And I love the fact that is indoor and outdoor dining spaces which are private from the neighbour. With expansive water views, what is there not to love?
