Family run accomodation with extremly kind staff that welcomed us, amazing location and quiet room. We were 3 friends sharing room 12 with the most amazing view opened to the river and mountains. Everything was perfect.

This guesthouse is great. Firstly, they provided boat trips to the guesthouse from Koman Lake. The location is perfect, it is one of the few that has a small area of land where you can go for a short walk/ explore other restaurants if you’re planning on staying over night. The breakfast was great, freshly prepared and had savory/ sweet options. For lunch we had fish and was very good too ;) The staff was amazing too. We had a rainy morning and their balcony with benches was the perfect spot to relax and play some cards. I would definitely recommend and would go again.

I spent a really good time at Livadhi Guest House. The Staff was really nice, attentive and forthcoming. Whatever question or need I had they tried to help with it. Also the dinner especially the fish I had was very delicious. At night they had a little fire which was also very comforting. I’m really grateful to have booked my room with them. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back.

The staff were really helpful and sweethearts, me and my friend were looking to have a peaceful last two days backpacking in Albania without too much thought on transport food amenities etc and this place was so easy and perfect. The room is cosy, the location is great and the staff were friendly and resourceful. Familiar vibes

Location was perfect. The room was clean and the staff really nice.

There was a good selection of hearty foods and sweet things, the staff were very generous and helped with the organization of logistics. The coffee and tea was good too. The meals were huge and for the price very affordable. At night there were campfires and some music, which was my favorite part.

Absolutely Magical Stay at Livadhi Guesthouse! I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location is breathtaking – nestled right next to crystal-clear water that looks like something out of a postcard. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. You can really tell they care about creating a wonderful experience for every guest. One of the highlights was the beautiful boat ride to the accommodation – such a peaceful and scenic way to arrive! It truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. And the breakfast each morning? Absolutely delicious. Fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and the perfect way to start the day. If you’re looking for a relaxing, picturesque getaway with amazing service and unbeatable natural beauty, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was on perfect location, the staff was very cool and friendly, the rooms were cozy, the food was very tasty.

An amazing accommodation surrounded by breathtaking nature. We had a very beautiful room with a luxurious view, everything was new, clean... The owner was very friendly and hospitable, also thanks to him our trip was unforgettable. I also appreciate the perfect arrangement regarding private transfer.

The balcony room we had was spacious and had a lovely view, very clean. All of the staff were very attentive and kind. The meals were tasty and came with sides included. We went in October, so it wasn't crowded, but september would be better. Breakfast included barista coffee ☕️

It was a lovely property, really clean, beds were comfy, room was warm. Staff were absolutely lovely! Attentive, helpful, went above & beyond helping us with an issue we had with our car which was so kind. They worked really hard to get us to and from the guesthouse. It is a really nice family run place. Food was good, basic but delicious & fresh. They even made a cake as it was my birthday. Really positive stay for us.

Overall it was a great experience. Location is incredibly beaultiful. We went in October and was quite cold so we could not enjoy all that the place has to offer but was still worth the visit. The room is simple but confortable and warm. Breakfast was delicious.
