Very friendly owner and staff, with whom I chatted a bit. Quiet surroundings, breakfast simple but delicious, cozy beds, and Highlander(the B&W cat, I did not acquaint with the other one). Decorated with taste, without being staged. The restaurant is an authentic Tuscany culinary experience, beautiful setting(the place itself). We'd happily stay again.

Attractive/pleasant large double room with a generously sized sitting area. Kind staff at reception and breakfast. Price was very competitive (although may have been heavily discounted)

The size of the room and cleanness. The room was lovely. The place was in a very rural setting. The lift to their restaurant was provided and I enjoyed their dishes.

The location is fantastic. The premises are great and the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is really good - the home made cakes were excellent. The cats and the horses were a plus. Food at the restaurant was also optimal.

“Property did not meet its described facilities”

I asked for a ground floor room for my 91year old mother. Instead we were given an attic room with many many steps. Also my main priority for my mother was that there was a restaurant. However, this was a car journey away. On visiting this on our first night it had a private party and on the Sunday was fully booked. We could not get a coffee or a beer in our actual property. We could get a coffee at breakfast but no staff were present at other times.

Fantastic stay. The staff and owners were great hosts, so helpful, we even got a lift back from the restaurant to the accommodation. The location is simply gorgoeous, the food was superb and the accommodation was more that adequate.

Magnificent property in a gorgeous, oak forest covered, hills. The rooms are perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The large room are ideal for families with small children. Breakfast is excellent, and the breakfast room is superb a in rustic yet affluent style. The team is extremely friendly, even by the very high Italian standard, and communication is excellent.
