Excellent breakfast

Beautiful and unique hotel with excellent service, in a town that’s still authentic with many good restaurants and hasn’t become to touristic. Bari, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Matera, and Ostuni are all short drive making le Carasse a great base for a trip to Puglia.

Small and beautifully maintained. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms were small but had everything you could ask for and very clean. Loved the bathrobes and the bed was very comfortable.

“A Dream Stay”

The whole experience was superb. The room was beautifully laid out, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We used the private spa and for €55 per person for 90 minutes use, we found it to be incredible value with what was in the spa. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast that is included in the cost is great value, superb choice with both hot and cold options available.

The hotel is very nice. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of local product like bread, cheese and local salami. To relax after work I used the fantastic SPA reserving my spot according with the reception . The experience is been fantastic the SPA is unique totally carved into the limestone. The price was normal 70€ for person for 1.1/2 hour path. Luxury experience, totally recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Carasse in Mola di Bari, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The owner welcomed us warmly and took the time to share the history of the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area. He really made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The spa area and especially the pool are extraordinary. While the location is a bit outside of Bari, it turned out to be an asset, offering a more serene and relaxing environment. Plus, the charming neighbouring town of Polignano a Mare is easily reachable, adding to the allure of our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality, I cannot recommend Le Carasse highly enough!

Breakfast service only starts at 8 am. We had an early flight, but were able to grab some food and tea shortly before that.

The hotel is beautiful and I used the spa facilities which are just gorgeous (albiet expensive). The staff were lovely and as it looks, the space is beautiful
