Nice wooden house with quiet atmosphere and pleasant patio

“Quiet location with all you that you need.”

It was great that the living area and bathroom was on the ground floor. Heating was very adequate. Wood stove (with plenty of fire wood) in addition to electric heating. We did not use the upstairs but there are two more rooms upstairs for a larger family to stay. They have a wood stove and also an electric stove.

Great location in the village, cosy house, friendly and helpful host. She arranged us ride to and from Mokra Gora, by a local driver, because we didn’t have a car.

Very nice And clean house

The location was close to the village and the attractions. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed having a kitchen, cooking on the outdoor BBQ and having happy hour on the covered terrace. Our host was great, accommodating and helpful. There was plenty of space for 3 of us. Admittedly it was a great place for a 2 star accomdation.

“Great location to explore the area from”

This was an excellent location to hitch a ride on the Sargan Eight railway and visit the Drvengrad – we also found an amazing restaurant a short drive away. During the heatwave it was really hot in the upper floor, but that was to be expected since we knew there was no aircon.

“Cosy house in a magical location and awesome host.”

Good wooden house close to mokra gora station. Anica was helpful and was ready to receive us by the time we reached the house. It is a magical place located away from big roads so a good rest is guaranteed. It also has an oven and all the necessary utilities to cook by yourself.

Very nice and kind host

A nice wood cabin in a beautiful area, the place is perfectly equipped, the rooms are big and comfortable, the dinning area is very nice too. The place has a little porch area to chill in the night, you can see many stars since there is no luminic contamination. the owner is in the cabin beside in case anything is needed.

“Peace on Earth”

What can I say..... Anica is the most friendly host. I arrived early, and she ask her husband to make tea for me. Added some nice honey. I stayed 2 nights. Wish I could stay longer. This feels so peaceful. Love the walk through the 'forest' to get where I want to be. She and little 'Anica' even drop me off at Drvengrad. Thank you so much for that. Had a few tomatoes and a cucumber from their little garden. Even though Anica couldn't speak English, we communicate via translation. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

The host was very polite and hospitable. The house is very cosy and comfortable. It is also fully equipped. The terrace and yard is perfect for evenings and breakfast.

The house is equipped and large enough to accommodate large families. It is very clean and in a very nice location. The owner was beneficial; he even organised our train tour bookings. Many thanks again for everything.
