So far, it’s the best service and travel experience I’ve had in Montenegro, and I’ve been living here for years. Mountain Star is the perfect place to relax and forget about the world. It’s so quiet and beautiful here, and you just immediately feel safe as soon as you enter this house designed and decorated by its owner with great love. It’s obvious that the host cherishes this place and makes sure guests feel the warmth in every piece of wood both inside and outside. The cottage is warm, indeed, so you won’t get cold in it during any season. For winter, there is a superior fireplace inside that will hug you with the atmosphere of those Xmas Hollywood movies. Mountain Star House is surrounded by the most fascinating nature landscapes for any taste—you have mountains, forests, and national parks. We were even visited by a family of squirrels and two cats. Inside the house you have everything you need for a comfortable staying, including a small kitchen, modern shower room, and cozy beds. And outdoor tables are a magnet for cool picnics and peaceful dinners. There are also a swing and a hammock you can enjoy if you don’t want to go anywhere outside the House’s territory. The host is extremely welcoming and always helpful, trying to make your stay as incredible as possible. He met us late at night because we arrived around 9 PM, provided all the necessary instructions on how to get to the location, and assisted with all required supplies for our barbeque activities. Plus, he prepped a simply superior breakfast for us all and gifted us with some cool drinks before we left. Thank you for the high-class service we’ll never forget! In the end, all four of us were so happy we chose Mountain Star that we immediately agreed to visit this place once again during the winter season. We spent the night in this house with friends and left a huge positive impression!! Incredibly beautiful view of the mountains, cozy, warm, comfortable bed and sofa, we slept like babies. And the fireplace is just love! The house is handmade by the owner and all the details are made of wood, so you can feel the soul and love in it ❤️ Everything in the house is absolutely new, we were the first guests and the owner treated us with all the warmth. I advise you to take breakfast, which is prepared by the owner's mother also with love. Very tasty and huge, delicious local food! Very friendly and kind owner, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back here.
