“Lovely property, very peaceful and comfortable”
Lovely mum and son run property, quiet location but with a short walk to bars and restaurants in the lovely town centre, as well as to the train station. Property is immaculate, typical Italian in design with lots of marble and high wooden ceiling beams. Breakfast is simple but perfectly good. WiFi works great for those who care when there are so many other things to do :)

“Good stay”
We had a nice stay at villa Iris in Mogliano Veneto. We arrived at night and we received the room we booked and all the information about where to eat and what to do. We parked our on the street in fornt of the location free of charge, our accommodation was good and the breakfast was ok to begin a long day visiting Venice. Thank you for accommodating us!

“Pretty B&B, convenient location, great host”
Location was good, very close to restaurants, shops and to the golf club. The host was very kind and accommodating.

Very Clean space. Note: The rooms are up stairs and not on the ground floor. Mom and son run the show and they don't really know what they are doing. Clean room, breakfast is nothing......literally a bowl of corn flakes. I had to have 2 to fill up.
