The whole ambience The staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly The villa is beautiful. This is our 3rd visit and won't be our last Check out the market on Monday mornings- they sell everything from fish to flowers to clothes to haberdashery to household linens!

A beautiful villa set in a charming garden with a large, free parking area. It is in a prime location in the center of Mogliano Veneto (very quiet and clean town), close to restaurants and a supermarket. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, where trains depart for Venice every hour and arrive in just 20 minutes. The room and bathroom were very large, providing plenty of space to feel comfortable and store all our suitcases without tripping over them. Both were spacious and clean; the room was tidied daily, and we received fresh towels every day. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of choices to suit any preference. The dining rooms are also quite large, with enough tables for all guests to enjoy breakfast undisturbed and pleasurable.

The hotel is a charming historical villa, which in this day and age of cookie cutter hotels, has preserved it´s individuality. It is located 10 minutes walk away from the train station and twenty minute ride from Venice. There are restaurants, cafes and even supermarkets within immediate proximity of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed comfortable.

“Fantastic place to stay reasonably priced.”
Great location from Venice airport as I'm heading west and landed very late. 24hour reception with great communication before I arrived. Very clean room, towels, soap everything I needed including bottled water. Breakfast was a great buffet selection. All in all a great stay.
