Safe location, 1/2 hour from Venice. I definitely recommend to group of friends or families. Excellent area like a village, easy access and space for your car in a large yard. Don’t forget to visit Trevino.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Venice, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, parking in the yard of the house. Train station is at 3 minutes with car, you can leave the car nearby and with train in 20 - 25 minutes you can reach to Venice.

The minimalist interior design created a tranquil atmosphere and the location, just five minutes from the bus stop, made it easy to get to the island in about 50 minutes.

Very nice and spacious, as inside as well as outside - bedroom, dining room, terrace and a parking spot in the backyard. Inside you've got fly screens on each window, an air conditioner and a TV. Bedsheets were fresh and dry, and they had plenty towels and dishes. Weird, but even though they've got good equipment, the kitchen was empty regarding things like oil, sugar or spices. The Owners are friendly, we've talked for about only 3 minutes when we checked in, got the keys, and after our stay we needed only 1 minute to check out and left the keys in the mailbox. But i had the feeling that if you'd ever have a question, the owners would be ready to help. The parking spot is perfect - you leave the car on the secured property, and come back/leave through the electric gate with a remote. Obviously you'd come there for Venice, but it's hard to reach it with the car. So this is what we did: first we drove to a parking lot in the area Borgo Pezzana (about 2-3 minutes), then by foot to the central bus station in Mestre (about 10-15 minutes) and took the bus to Venice (15 minutes, 1,5 € per person). Theoretically you could take the bus right by the House, but you need the ticket in advance since you can't buy one in the bus. The bus driver only speaks italian, i don't know what he had said to us, perhaps something like "go away, go away right now", at least i hope so. To sum up: I highly recommend it, especially if you make a trip with the car and look for a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

“Perfect resting spot for an amazing day visiting Venice!”

The location was very convenient to go by car - a few minutes from the train station which takes straight to Venice Island. The place itself had an inside gate parking, to which we had a key - the car was like a meter from the door - super convenient! The place had all the needed convenience items, like a hair dryer, coffee machine, extra toilet paper and other toiletries, and towels. Everything was clean, modern, and easy to reach. The hosts were super friendly - let us check in a little later and check out at around 11. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to rest in a comfortable place.
