This is a really nice apartment at an excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. There's a supermarket between the station and the apartment, which I thought was very convenient as well. The owner is very friendly and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

“Unwind here after exploring Venice”

Great value for money. The accomodation is in a quiet spot, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the train station. It took us about 20 minutes to reach Venice. There is also a supermarket at the end of the road. The bedroom is large with lots of storage for luggage. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Luigi was an excellent host and provided extra pillows and a fan to us. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Luigi was an absolute gentleman! Very nice & was very good to us when we stayed. The place exceeded my expectations to be honest as the studio was bigger than I expected and i loved how clean it was. Was really nice to have extra clean towels and extra pillows also.

Owner was very friendly . Very clean and organised everything . Nice location I recommend also other people. But one thing is very important to know you before you booking this room that is owner accept only CASH. No credit card or anything.

Beautiful peaceful neighborhood, full of trees and small shops, supermarket nearby, cozy room, autonomous, part of a mansion house with garden surrounding it. Back garden with table to take your breakfast or enjoy your coffee in the evening. Many places to park your car nearby , one minute walk from the train station. Great friendly owner Luigi , with a lovely dog, Moka.

Property owner who is living next door is very welcoming and friendly to brief us upon check-in. The living space itself was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, showcasing recent renovations that created a truly rustic yet cozy atmosphere. There is even a small garden with simple table and chair setup, an added delight to our stay. The proximity to the nearest station (and grocery store) was incredibly convenient – just a stone's throw away – making our travel within the area effortless. Additionally, we discovered that the train service into Venice was included in the EuroPass, if you have one.

“Perfect for couples that want to visit Venice.”

The owner is very, very friendly and helpful! The place is very good. You have a kitchen where you can find anything you want if you need to prepare some food, but you may not need this because just outside the house you can find good pizza, food and cookies. The train station is at 7-8 minutes of walking so you can go to Venice with only 3 euros per trip. And it's a 25 minutes trip.

Nice, calm locality, very close to train station. Acommodation is quite small but very comfortable and we felt welcomed as everything was prepared for us. There is no parking right by the house but the parking lot is very close, so it was no problem for us. Communication with Luigi was perfect.

Close to train station and then only 15 min train ride to Venice. Supermarket at end of road, really convenient. Lovely coffee and cake shop nearby.

The host was very nice to us. Overall good value for your money when visiting Venezia - therefore everything rated in the review considered the ridiculously low price charged for our stay. Just a few steps to the train station and to the center with shops, restaurants etc. Despite being tiny, the kitchen was well equipped including e.g. coffee and some sweets.

Kindest host. Easy contact to pick up your room keys. There he prepared water and cookies for us, and detergents in the bathroom. Train station close by, from which you can get to Venice in 20 minutes.
