“Excellent stay!”
We had a fantastic stay at Villa 31. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Located in a lovely quiet location but not too far from anywhere we wanted to visit. We had the pool heated which was great for our young children. I would highly recommend this Villa. and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we were to visit Gran Canaria again!

“Great villa for a large family or friends getaway”
Great villa, for our family of 5 adults 3 teens and a baby was very comfortable, each with their own bedroom with shower and toilet, pool and sun loungers, relaxation areas, table tennis we used every evening. We cooked our own food, very convenient because there is all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking. The location of the villa is convenient only if you have a car, there is a garage for 2 cars. Although one day we also walked to the local good and sandy beach 20 minutes. Villa neat, clean, nice reception.

Lovely location. Very quiet. Really spacious villa. Comfortable beds. Well equipped bathrooms. Great touches - lots of loo roll, soaps in the bathroom, dishwasher tablets, tea towels. Outside space lovely. Ricardo who met us to hand over keys was charming, spoke excellent English, very helpful, very quick to respond to messages. Huge bonus was a day at the Amadores beach club nearby - such a brilliant place, fabulous staff. Definitely recommend it - food and drink delicious and very reasonable.

“Dream place to stay”

“Fantastic.”
Location was fantastic. Close to all beaches restaurants etc. The pictures don't do the property justice it is very spacious and well decorated. Hosts were easily contactable. Nice quiet area which is good for families. Pool area is great and is surrounded with AstroTurf which is safer and one of the main reasons we picked this property, rather than usually being surrounded by tiles. Good breakout areas in shade as well as being in the sunshine. Highly recommend this villa.

“Fantastic pure luxury great facilities So close to Porto Rico & 15 minutes from Mogan”
The Villa is so luxurious and beautiful. Beds are really comfortable, separate WiFi on each floor worked perfectly. Great to have washers, dryers & all mod cons. Ricardo our host was really helpful. Our recommended taxi driver Mikheil was so friendly & helpful, and added to the enjoyment and comfort of the trip. Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to return here.

“AMAZING!!!”
