“2nd time staying, will be back!”

This was my 2nd time staying here, it’s great value for money.

“Short stay in cute apartment”

Property is clean and well equipped for a few night stay in Puerto Rico. Seemed to be newly renovated especially the kitchen and bathroom. It’s in a good location with fabulous views - Europa shopping center is across the road with a supermarket, restaurants and shops (typical souvenir shops). We had breakfast at cafe Mambos every morning and spent the later half of our evenings at The Temple Bar (great atmosphere and live music!). Not far to walk to the beaches - about 15-20mins - but this is down steep hills. Taxis line up by the shopping center and it’s about €5-6 to go up and down to the beach.

Nice location great view. Parking was nicely arranged for us. Apartment is good size, nice balcony.

I loved how this apartment looked it was very modern and had everything you needed. The host went over and above with all the little extras. The apartment is very central to the Europa centre. Pool was very clean and lots of loungers to choose from.

Nice clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, decent size balcony with sun loungers and sea view (although obstructed by the roof of the adjacent building). Free parking spot next to the shopping centre which was handy. Great communication with the host.

Very fresh, clean and beautiful apartment. The apartment smells very pleasant. Welcome wine. Good bed, good shower. Nice view. A well-equipped kitchen, even with oil, spices, coffee, etc. Private parking option. Quiet area. Shops and reataurants just up on the street. The host had clearly put a lot of effort into everything, which made our stay very pleasant.

Perfect stay at Francesco house, great size for us as a couple, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication made finding where we needed to be easy, also came with a parking spot for the hire car!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, easy self service check in. Friendly housekeeping staff and fruit, a bottle of wine, water etc left for us on arrival. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.

The apartment is really nice and clean. Everything you need is there. Very comfy bed. The owner welcomed us with a very nice gesture of wine and fruit. The keys were waiting for us in the box. Everything was very simple and hassle-free.

Location is ok if you have a car. The views are good because you're so high up! The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable but we ended up buying new pillows because we couldn't get on with the ones provided. The owner allowed us to use his private parking space which was great becauese there is no free parking within easy reach.

Perfect stay, Great property with everything you will need. Smart TV with channels from every country. Very fast Internet. Great air-conditioning, Also has a free parking spot which is a bonus. We were made to feel welcome from the start. Well done Francesco House.

“Great Stay at Francesco House!!”

Great communications, just call Francesco House phone number when you get outside the apartment block and they will give you all the information you need to access the property. It was in a great position at the top of the mountain just behind the Europa Centre, and 4 minute walk from Hyperdino which was great for us, shot down to CC a couple of times in the evening, but will leave that to the drunks that frequent the 2 main venues🤣🤣. Apartment had everything you needed, great swimming pool and bathing area, and more, coffee Machine, oven & hob, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, and everything else you need for a fortnight away from the rain, although you WILL have to supply your own Iron of which we purchased at Alcampo in Telde!! We had some noisy neighbours for a couple of days, but didn't affect us in the slightest, we actually enjoyed listening to and watching their antics, and loved every minute of our stay, and will certainly be staying there again for sure, shower was great and bed was comfortable,, can't really praise this place enough! Thanks Francesco House, and will hopefully be staying with you again soon!!

“An enjoyable stay despite the above comments.”

The property was great for 2 people, well furnished, clean and near to supermarket, bars and restaurants. I enjoyed eating outside on the balcony.

“A lovely stay”

This was a lovely clean apartment in a safe area. The host was quick to respond to all communication and was very easy to deal with. The check in was very straightforward. There is a quiet pool on site and the property is close to many shops, bars and restaurants.
