Not the standard they pretend to be. Can't have a simple phone number to call reception. Being passed from one service to another one. Agents hanging up asking to send emails. A joke

“It was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!”
Great location, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and there was a calm relaxed feel about the place. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was so quiet at night, we had the best sleep we’ve ever had on holiday. The jacuzzi bath in the bedroom was great and filled up so quickly. The pools and water play area were perfect for us and our 4 year old Son. Another good thing was happy hour at 4pm as the cocktails were great!
