The central location, near to everything. Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and furniture. Early check in was possible. Lorrnzo was very helpful carrying our luggage upstairs.

The apartment was super modern, very comfortable and had all the facilities required to make for a relaxed and easy stay. The owner, Francesco, and his colleague, Lorenzo, were easily contactable and most helpful. The apartment is located within very easy walking distance of all Modica's main attractions. We felt it was very good value for money.

Stylish apartment within an old palazzo in the centre of Modica, with restaurants, shops, etc. quite literally on the doorstep. Although in the centre, the flat is quiet and its balcony provides a wonderful additional space. The apartment is very well equipped and looked after, and our contact, Lorenzo, was very helpful.
