Everything was wonderful — the view was stunning, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was a true Sicilian experience at a charming bar just steps away from the property. A unique bonus: the property has its own chocolate shop producing chocolate using a one-of-a-kind technique, making the stay even more special.

The view from our balcony was really fantastic- in the centre of the best part of Modica! Our host actually gave us the room upgrade without any extra cost. The room itself was very cozy and beautiful and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the chocolate Café in scenery balcony was abundant and very good in Italian style. We definetely come back here again!

The location is amazing, right next to the church. We booked a room with a beautiful balcony, and the view outside was just like a postcard! The room was also super clean. The only downside was that it was next to the street, so it was a bit noisy at night (but since we booked for Saturday night, it was expected). The bar where breakfast was served was amazing — we absolutely loved the service!

The staff was kind and helpful. The location was beautiful. But you need energy to walk up and down the stairs unless you have a car .

Really comfortable room, brilliant location with balcony overlooking church. For check-in we met our host at their chocolate shop across the street. We were invited to free choclate tasting of their own chocolate brand. The host spoke very good English and was kind enough to help translate to speak with a garage about a problem with our car. The apartment was clean, well furnished and a short walk to town centre/sights.
