A very tidy and cosy apartment near the old town of the pretty city Modica. Comfortable beds and you can find anything you need in the house for your stay. The owner is a very nice and a helpful person, all the best for her!

Great place and such a sweet host! She doesn't speak a lot of English, but with a translation app and school italian we made it work :D Parking right outside the door. Great rooms with aircon and comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and a kitchen with everything you need. A lot of grocery stores close by and only 10 mins by car or 30 mins by foot to the centre of Modica.

“Amazing stay!”
First of all,the service is amazing! As I did reservation,the owner (very beautiful lady) called me in a few minutes after. She was very pleasant. The area is very safe (near police office), comfortable,you can park a car without problem. The flat is really nice,very very clean and with white white towels:) And the owner amazing woman. I really appreciate and recommend this place!

“Full of angels”
The very local area - there's a fish monger and a shop selling cold cuts right outside. Friendly locals. A little balcony at the back for relaxing and hanging laundry.

“Great space, great location, great host!”
The location was fabulous. Right next to a bunch of nice little shops and markets. The place was spacious and had a comfortable bed, dining room, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom, shower, etc.
