“Lucky to have found this little gem in Modica!”
Super comfortable! The place has everything that you’d need, very peaceful and exceptionally clean. Giada is very kind and an amazing host. Check-in was very easy and efficient. Grateful for how helpful she was with checking-out. The sweet treats were such a delightful & personal touch. I had such a lovely time in Modica.

“Highly recomended”
The owner was very kind and flexible, she was waiting with home made cookies. The accomodation is on a charming and silent little street near to the town center. The kitchen is fully equipped not just with utensils but with salt and oil, coffee and sugar. My favourite was the table and chairs in front of the house, it was very cozy to sit out there in the evening.

“Brilliant stay in Modica. Highly recommended”
It was a perfect place to stay to Modica. The room, location, facilities and especially homemade treats were awesome. The only thing we regret - that we didn't stay for a longer time :) Giada is a really great host. Thanks! Hope to come there again.

Central, very Clean, and Giada was so nice ! I found limoncello and granita made by her for me! The place had everything I was looking for! Highly recommended!

“Nice cozy historic house with excellent host”
Giada is a very nice host and welcomed with a homemade treat. The house is situated in a very nice and cozy street. There are all you need for a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay in the same place if I visit Modica again. Also additional blankets are offered for cold nights.
