A great apartment, well-equipped. There weren't many tourists during peak season. It's a great base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions. Parking is available in paid spaces marked in blue on the EasyPark app, and it's not very expensive. Free parking is also available, but you have to drive a little further to Via Vittorio Veneto, where I've always found something.

“Honest host”
have to praise this host. Helpful and indeed very honest! We lost a wallet with cards and money. It probably fell somewhere in the apartment. We were more than halfway to the next place when a message came about the finding of the wallet in the apartment. The host is so friendly and sends everything to us. I definitely recommend this landlord and the apartment is very nice and the terrace is large and useful.

Great apartment and host- easy access to the property which was in a great location with everything you could need both in the apartment and locally for an enjoyable stay. We only wished we could stay longer! - An extremely efficient but also very helpful and friendly service from their representative Giorgio. We look forward to returning soon.

All perfect. A minor technical issue was quickly solved. Giorgio an excellent host, fast reaction on the app! Wished other parts of Europe would give the same customer service, i was positively surprised by Sicily, and Modica! Excellent food- and wineplaces!

“Modern living in the old city.”
This is a beautiful decorated and modern apartment. Everything was really comfortable and it was so great to have a washing machine and a verandah. All the equipment you need for cooking. The pizza restaurant Ego across the street was excellent too. Apartment is a few minutes walk from plenty of parking as well as a supermarket. Giorgio supplied details of where to find important things which was appreciated.

“Best city stay in Medica.”
Great, stylish, well aquipped apartament in the small street, just few steps from main Street in the Town. All places of interest in walking distance. important - the street was so calm, that we could sleep with windows opened even though it's town's centre. Only Saturday nights we heard some live street music - very good one by the way. Free parking available in around 5 minutes walking distance. very gentle and helpful staff !! Gracie!!

“Downtown luxury”
I can only confirm what others have already said: excellent facilities in a typical old building restored to high standards. Living room and kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on the main floor. The second bedroom with a small nice balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs is upstairs. The facility is on a first floor which is reached via a small staircase. Natural light and windows on all rooms for fresh air which is a huge plus and a rarity as buildings in the old centre of towns in the area tend to be ground floor with a bedroom in the basement and sometimes don't have natural light. Spotlessly clean, excellently equipped kitchen( washer, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine (pods), TVs in bedrooms and livingroom, good wifi. Our best accommodation in Sicily. Quality of a 4 star hotel, giving you a taste of what it is like to live like the locals in the towns historical centre. OH, and a very helpful and caring Giovani!!

“Excellent for a stay in Modica itself as well as a base for exploring”
