The terrace bathtub is absolutely amazing. Soaking in it while taking in Modica's night views is pure bliss!

It had a beautiful pool, with a great view, but it was BLOODY FREEZING. Likewise the jacuzzi had a great view but was full of bugs.

I chose this accommodation as it was easy to park in front of hotel. Also the rooms provided a breathtaking view of Modica. You will require a car to get from hotel to town center.

Our stay in Modica was absolutely wonderful. This charming medieval village is full of character, with a great selection of restaurants and bars to enjoy. We stayed in the suite, and the accommodation was exceptional, the views alone were truly breathtaking. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Just a heads-up: Modica is built on a steep hillside, so be prepared for a bit of uphill walking. Itira is located at the top of the town, but there's convenient parking available right outside.

“Amazing views and service - the place to stay in Modica”

The location is fabulous with the most amazing views looking down to the old town centre and over some beautiful baroque churches. The view from the private balcony/spa was amazing but so were the views from the pool/terrace area and breakfast area. The decor is very modern and fresh. The staff were very helpful. You can park right outside the hotel which is an absolute bonus in Italy. The staff were happy to serve us wine and snacks on the terrace and reccomend dining options. You do need a level of fitness to go up and down the stairs to visit the town centre and for dinner but it is worth it for the views. There is also a nice restaurant on the same street as the hotel which has beautiful views of Modica at night, Raro. The staff booked this for us. The breakfast has plenty of options and there is a coffee machine which makes decent coffee - you can use this at any time. The pool area is spectacular with a large horizon pool with plenty of loungers. This is a boutique hotel with limited rooms so you don't get too many guests and you have the benefit of a very personalised experience. I had high expectations for this hotel and it lived up to them. Congratulations to the staff.

What a charming little boutique hotel. Breakfast was great (probably the best we've had so far on this long road trip), the views from the terrace were exceptional. The pool and sun loungers are such a highlight, we genuinely have nothing to criticise. The bedroom was small and compact, but we had a beautiful balcony looking down into the valley, a well equipped bathroom with a fantastic shower! In our opinion, it was fantastic value for money, and we would have no hesitation to book here again if we ever found ourselves in Modica.

Excellent views, fabulous clean pool, attractive dining area overlooking the town, Tasty breakfast. The coffee machine that guests could access all day was a nice touch. It even made hot chocolate.

The absolute best place in all of Sicily. Everything is spotless, from the infinity pool, & private pool (we upgraded and stayed 3 extra nights), to the breakfast, amazing staff, interior and exterior. Aircondition working flawlessly, cleaning done exceptionally.
