“All you need in a holiday home, close to the city of Modica.”

Located in a side path just off the main road leading to Modica city, not far away from main attractions and shopping areas and the neighborhood is welcoming. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful - kept contact throughout the stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, together with a separate bathroom, but easily accessible. Breakfast was simple but fresh and varied...just perfect to start the day. Whatever we needed for the comfort of our baby was provided...from baby bath to high chair. Facility also offers a nice swimming pool and a pleasant garden where one can relax whilst having breakfast, a cup of coffee or a snack. Definitely cannot complain about anything. Would consider returning when visiting again the area.

Good location to visit places like Modica, Scicli and Ragusa. Also close to the coast with numerous beaches (Sampieri beach recommended; long and with very nice sand). Nice garden with a lot of place to rest. I asked for washing machine and so the hostess took all our washing and we found it back all clean and hanging to dry. That was very kind. The description of the room on booking.com is misleading. It said our room was to be 50m2 while at first we got a rather small room and when asked about it next morning, we were offered a second room behind the wall. That was very comfortable as finally we had two separate bedrooms, one for our daughter and one for us. Though it remains a mystery why we couldn't get two rooms straight after our arrival 😉

We had a wonderful stay at Il Casale di Luisa in Modica. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, breakfast with local products was delicious, and Luisa & her husband are a warm and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended!

Everything was super clean. The bathroom was very spacious and nice, and we had everything from shower caps to shower gels. The breakfast was very assorted, and everything was fresh. The bedrooms are all with ac although we didn't feel to much heat. Outside is just a small paradise. Parking is not a problem because both inside and outside is available. The pool always clean too. Located in a very nice area great to take walks all the road us with lights. We had our large dog with us and still had no issues. We also had a fridge all.for us and that's very good.

The cutest tucked away BnB, with even sweeter owners. The room was amazing, a cute little nook and view over the garden and out to the hills. Perfect to chill in the sunset. And a delicious breakfast, even more amazing that when I had to check out extra early Luisa even kindly prepared me something warm before I left, even though it was so early! It was very much appreciated. Many recommendations of dining in the surrounding areas. And a treck at the end of the street for a walk in nature. Thank you Luisa for having me.

The area is very quiet and relaxing, although it is far from the city centre all amenities are close by. A car is a must to come and go to the location. Fantastic villa with pool and very secure since you can park your car in the property which is locked by gate. Owners very friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious 😋. Place very clean. Highly recommended.

“Serene relaxing day in Sicilian countryside”

I liked the serene atmosphere. The garden itself was very well kept with turf and various trees including fruit trees. Field opposite had a few grazing cows. Forest walking distance ..good for hikers. V good restaurant close by. Comfortable room. Personal bathroom just outside bedroom door. There was a homely feeling ,not like when you are in a big hotel. The lady manager was very accomodating. Great for those seeking a typical Sicilian family country home . Breakfast was great including juice, Sicilian jams, croissant, lemon muffins, fruit, yogurt, bread salamis and cheese.

“Perfect stay when you search for chill and relax”

I loved this place! 😊 Located in the middle of nowhere but this is what we were looking for, without car it would not be so accessible that's why please have it in mind. Lovely owner - we were able to communicate even though I do not speak Italian and she does not speak English. Delicious breakfasts, also not sweet ones what is really appreciated for people from East Europe but home made pastry is worth eating (and those chocolate cookies with meat were incredible). If you're looking for some chillout and relax this is your place, and quite near there is a restaurant where you can eat some pizza or pasta.

Great Location (quiet Area), Excellent Host, Excellent Breakfast (freshly baked cakes included :) ) and great value for money paid. Luisa is one of the best hosts. Ideal lodging if you are travelling with a Car.

Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. You can park your car in front of her house in a private and secure park space.
