The accommodation was exactly as described. The owner himself prepared breakfast. He makes a really excellent cappuccino. Even though the hotel’s furnishings are a bit dated, everything worked perfectly. The room has a beautiful view of the city from the balcony.

We had a beautiful spacious room, and we enjoyed relaxing on our balcony, admiring the view of the old city. Great location: central and very easy to access by car, while also quiet and peaceful. Antonio was a very welcoming host and gave us great advice.

I only knew that Modica was famous for its chocolate, but it was a very nice place with a calm atmosphere. It is a historic hotel with the same charm as Ibushi Gin. The view from the room was good, and the owner, Antonio, was very kind. They were worried about us and came to get us. They told us about good restaurants and even made an early breakfast for us because we had to check out early. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. Breakfast included not only Italian sweets, but also ham, cheese, and homemade cakes. It's a pity that I couldn't eat slowly. If I go to Modica again, I will stay at this hotel.

Very charming old pallazo in the middle of Modica with an extraordinary view of town. The owner Antonio is a fabulous guy who will tell you all you need to know about Modica and Sicily - and have interesting conversations about life in general with you. He made us wonderful breakfast, too. As we were the only guests we got the largest room with the best view.
