A great location, particularly the view from the spacious roof terrace, where there was lots of comfortable furniture. Modern, attractive and clean inside and coffee in the small "reception" area outside. Free parking on the road right outside. Impressive entrance to the property!

We had a very good communication with the host in order to arrange the check in process. Our room had a terrace overlooking Modica, the room was clean and quiet.

“Beautiful view, large room but beware if you have a lot of luggage as there are many stairs!”
The view is amazing and it is a nice large room. The owners are very nice and respond right away on WhatsApp.

“Amazing views and room”
The room is simply amazing. Very big and clean but the highlight is definitely the terrace. The view, especially in the evening is really beautiful. Also it is very close to the center and a lot of bars and Restaurants. The car we parked in the street of the room for free.
