“THE best accomodation, host, area and value for money!!! Deserves more than 5*”

Everything! It deserves more than a 10. It was everything and more. Firstly, rhe host and his wife were amazing - collecting me from the bus station late and night and taking me back early morning - thank you both again. Modica captured my heart the moment i arrived - its breathtakingly beautiful. The accomodation is nestled in one of the pretty, narrow street. The secure i entrance opens to a pretty courtyard, wirh the hosts 3 properties. All the buildings and outdoor space has been sympathetically restored, retaining traditional features. Its absolutely beautiful. Its unbelievable what you get for your money - you wouldn't even get a dingy B&B in Blackpool for what you pay here! The bedroom is bright, airy and just beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and I just loved the ceramic traditional sink. I love how they've respected the authenticity of the building and nit installed an ultra modern kitchen - its gorgeous. A short walj to the right takes to to the most stunning cathedral and a range if shops, bars and restaurants and tbe same if you walk down to the left. Id suggest ensuring you bring comfortable footwear to explore the area, that has many hills and stairs. Like me you might want to walk down and get the wee rwd bus back up, that are frequent and only cost a euro. My only concern with leaving a glowing review, is they end up fully booked or put their prices up! I can't wait to go back. Its definitely.the best accomodation Ive stayed in while travelling around southern Italy and Sicily. Amazing host, property, location and value for money.

The host is very nice. The area is a bit limited in parking places but he kept a spot for us himself. Really appreciated that. So clean, smells good. Bigger than it seemed and very warm and comfy. Quiet nice historical area. Washing machine. Kitchen cupboard well equipped. Anyone booking wont be disappointed. There is a bakery in the corner with delicious homemade stuff. The cheese, bread, sausage were delish

Beautiful house with a shared patio. A lot of space and comfortable bed and good location. Giorgio was very kind and got a park slot for us as it would not be easy at the time we had arrived.

It is a stunning property. A common courtyard in this renovated historic building. Our flat, was huge, one kitchen/living room (open space) two bathrooms and a bedroom. Stunning the touches, furniture. Nothing was left to chance, every single detail was taken care of. The hosts are super friendly and Sandra in particular is amazing.

This place is amazing! Sicilian tiles, designer armature in the bathroom, tasteful art hanging on the walls, not to mention a complete working kitchen, an upstairs sleeping area, 1 1/2 baths, and a lovely courtyard to hang out in at the end of the day, Historic Modica offered my family plenty of space and a comfortable and enjoyable break from this year's very hot Sicilian summer. Located on a side street in the upper city, there is no car traffic. Well worth the price.
