The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. The flat is very charming, modern, clean and has everything you might need. The host was very kind to us. It's worth staying 2 nights.

“Charming and elegant.”
The host greeted us at a time that was convenient for us. She brought a friend who was able to translate. Happy to show us around her very modern and elegant apartment. It had everything and more than we needed including nice extras like juice, breakfast and a fresh baked tray of local pastries. Stay at least two nights if you can, and take a day trip to Noto also.

We had a lovely stay in Modica. The flat has a great design and is very well equiped. In the morning, we enjoyed the view over Modica whith the first coffee. The hosts were very kind and check-in was flexible according to our needs. Thank you very much!

Great location, in old town, but upper to main Street, it means very quite Place with view to Modica old town. Cozy apartment with all needs, specially in summer time its not hot inside. Very friendly hosts, free coffee, drinks and snacks. Totally reccomend!
