Everything was perfect, the view was amazing. Nice and warm, I was here during a big storm and enjoyed myself :)

Lovely location, comfortable and clean apartment

“A Charming place for those who seek peace of mind”

Very well equipped kitchen including some basic ingredients. The terrace with the city view is awesome for long mornings with a coffee. One of few places I would actually like to come back to.

The location was excellent, halfway between the upper town and the lower town. Right behind the church. The place was spotless and had most of the amenities that you needed. Great air conditioning, and the view was spectacular. Fabrizo was a great communicator and eagerly offered help and information.

We stayed at Casa Vacanze La Meridiana for three nights as a couple, and honestly, it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The location is absolutely superb—right in the heart of Modica—with a breathtaking panoramic view across the town that you can admire from the apartment. The apartment itself is spotless, bright, and beautifully done in a clean, contemporary style. It had everything (and more!) that we needed to feel completely comfortable—from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The only small challenge is parking—it can be tricky right near the apartment. But if you park along Corso San Giorgio, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the charming, narrow streets of Modica, which honestly adds to the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. A real gem in a magical town

The view from the windows, we could see the San Giorgio from behind, and the town. In the evening the same view with lighting was also beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed for our three-night stay.

My experience was amazing from start to end. Fabrizio is the perfect host; he made sure that I got all necessary practical information prior to check in. The apartment was in perfect condition; very clean and comfortable, and what an amazing view from the bedroom and living room. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

Great location with a beautiful view. The apt was spotless and had more than I required but would be a great place to hike up if the weather was bad (which it wasn’t). You couldn’t ask for more in a stay.

I rarely return to the same place but this one is just perfect! Facility, location, beautiful view, amazing host that doesn't interfere with your privacy but at the samne time makes sure everything is going smoothly on your holiday. It was truly a 10/10 experience! Fabrizio and Daniele are the best hosts ever! The apartment is super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether short or long. The bathroom has hot air conditioner which is very useful during the winter season. The view is astonishing! Thank you again for all your recommendations and help!

“Great view and choice in Modica”

Very comfortable quiet, well equipped apartment with beautiful view. Easy walk to main Street. Host was extremely helpful with everything.

Such a lovely, modern apartment with everything you need. The view from the balcony is unreal, I would return to Modica just to relax on the balcony again. Fabrizio was very responsive and helpful and the location is great and central.

“Lovely apartment in beautiful Modica”

Views are stunning. Lovely apartment. Modica is a great place to stay, lots to do and see and easy to get to other towns by bus. The cafes at the top of the town were really lovely and avoided the long climb back up. We did the climb every day but one - with temperature in the high 30s we took the touristic bus to the top and walked a couple of minutes down to the apartment. Don't let the steps put you off! Our host was super helpful when needed and left us alone when not. Perfect!

“The best accomodation we had in Sicily”

I would stay here 100 times for watching the city under the morning or evening sun light. Additionally, the apartment has absolutely any object that you could need.

“Lovely flat with amazing views”

A lovely flat in a quiet street almost around the corner from the Duomo. The place is spotless, decorated with great taste, everything works (shower, wifi, washing machine, stove, etc). It is easy to communicate with the host who is fluent in English (which is good because my Italian is terrible). I travelled around Sicily for six weeks without a car and this is no problem at all in Modica. You can reach everything on foot but from the flat, but you can also take local and intercity buses to Palermo, Ragusa, and the beach from the nearby Piazza Borselino Falcone. The best is of course the fantastic view from the balcony. It is stunning!

Thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and equipped apartment with everything I could ask for and my generous host provided so many extras met lovely helpful locals in a friendly neighbourhood and I could almost touch Santa Giorgio from the balcony. Beautiful view, great location, modern and very clean. Coffee on site, towels, etc. Everything necessary you need and more. Easy check in and check out - amazing choice for stay. Balcony at your disposal, kitchen, etc. Loved every minute :)
