With my missis we've travelled a lot, and genuinely we have not been to a better place. The host, Vincenzo, is probably the kindest person we had the luck coming across. Immaculate communication, extremely helpful( even picked us up and dropped us off to the bus station) and when it comes to the place and the facilities we couldn't have been happier. Everything was extremely clean, the terrace has an amazing view and is very large, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and the rest of the facilities were amazing. It felt more like visiting family rather than staying to a place as tourists. And amazing location as well. I only wish we could have stayed more, but we will be back soon!

Even if we had a hard time to find it, Vincenzo was there to rescue us! The place was amazing! A big private terrace, with an amazing view. Spacious room in a great location!

The view from our terrace was magnificent. Was easy to find and our host Vincenzo was very helpful even though he spoke very little English. Close to Modica centre. About 5 min walk.

Stunning terrace looking over Modica (well worth all the steps in Modica!), lovely room, great base to visit Modica and other towns like Ragusa and Scicli. Vincenzo was a great host with excellent recommendations about restaurants and things to see in Modica.

The terrace is truly amazing and enjoyable. The bedroom was spacious and with a high ceiling. Vincenzo, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful view from rooftop terrace over Modica. It's amazing! Property is very small, but nice in old stone house. Parking is near on the street or between houses. Very welcoming hosts. Location is very good - in quite area and near the Main Street - we could go everywhere in the city centre on foot and we was very satisfied to go up and down between old houses, where no so many tourists and people. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Vincenzo! 🙌

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

The view is amazing! The room is great too, it was a very comfortable stay.

“Lovely view and stylish room”

This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

“Great terrace with wonderful panoramic view over the rooftops of Modica”

We enjoyed looking at the stunning panoramic view over Modica Bassa from the large terrace. We visited in February when it was a little cold but the air conditioning kept the room warm. There was a fridge in the room which was useful to keep milk and some food. We were sent directions from the train station and restaurant recommendations by WhatsApp before we arrived. We ate at one of the recommended restaurants (Cappero Bistrot) and it was excellent.
