We had a wonderful stay at the Kasai Resort. Rooms were in great condition, spacious and we had an amazing view of the sea and sunsets. Very peaceful resort with good food at the restaurant and very friendly staff. The pool is warm and the outdoor area is really nicely organised. Highlight of our stay by far was the diving. I did my open water diving certification with Jia who was an incredible instructor and remained very kind and calm when I felt nervous, and by the end I was feeling so much more confident and had seen some amazing things during our dives! My husband was already certified and he was able to go on multiple dives per day with the boat and also to the resort’s house reef. Panagsama beach was about 10 minutes drive away by tuktuk which the hotel would organise for us, with loads of restaurants for dinner. The hotel’s desk is 24 hours and they’re always available via WhatsApp for queries.

All of the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with amazing views. The dive team were fabulous and it was great value for money would highly recommend to anyone wishing to participate in some amazing dives or even just a good place to stay while in Moalboal

“Staff made all the difference”

Resorts like this are made by the staff and the staff here were wonderful. I can't say enough nice things about them. Jai especially was the shining star. So friendly, so helpful. The fact that the handle all your dive kit makes all the difference. I won't want to be wrestling with my equipment on a holiday. It should be restful, fun... not a chore! The dive boat was simple, but clean and wasn't busy.

Very beautiful place and super friendly staff! The pool and yard is big and very beautiful. Restaurant is also good and with nice view. Our room was very big and with nice terrace with sea view. You can swim in pool 24/7. We suggest that to rent a scooter or call tuk-tuk to drive to restaurant streets.

The highlight of the property is the staff! They were so amazing, polite, accommodating, and incredibly friendly! They are doing their best to help you and we so appreciated that! The outdoor area was beautiful and peaceful, not too far from town. The room was very cozy. The restaurant was really good. And they have the best piña colada 🤩

If there was a minus star i would give that, this place is so so bad that I can't tell. We reached at 8 in the night from cebu , the road to this place is a nightmare, you can't see the entrance, is pitch dark, they have not bothered to even put a light outside the resort. U entre. N boom no nights almost, they have these zero small bulbs everywhere , u can't see shit. No gate security at the gate our inside, It's not safe at all, the gates r always open. Anyone can come inside. Zero security The reception only 1 person, we checked in, no one to help with our luggage also, we had to take our own bags, onky 1 girl at reception, seriously. What service is this. We went out for dinner as they have no night menu, when we returned, I was so scared as all the lights, even the zero bulbs were off too. My husband n i rented a bike , we were parking the bike, my husband twisted his leg in a pothole as we could not see anythg. Is this what wr are paying for, no basic amenities like lights in parking? Or entrance or anywhere. The rooms only have a good view but u can get such view in many places around the resort , then why pay here. Rooms r basic, the washroom is bad, had all flies when we came at night, THE SHOWER OMG, the pressure is so so less it will take a year if u shampooing, the facet in the toilet has more pressure. Horrendous shower, no hot water. The food menu has hardly 10 things, n that too chef loves ketchup , we ordered spaghetti , he mixed plain ketchup with onions n gave us, n the spaghetti was not cooked. We returned it as it was not edible. The waiter has the audacity to say if u hve ordered this ,u need to take something else to compensate...wait not free we need to pay for that dish. We said we dont want anythg from here, he forced us to order, my husband clearly said dont forces us, we dont like the food here. The BREAKFAST HAHHAHAaaaa So donr expect an buffet breakfast, they have non.....
