“Small and perfectly clean rooms with all its necessities.”

The hotel is located in a residential area. The owner lady was very friendly and helpful. She called tricycles and arranged a transfer taxi for us. It is notable that she wants her guests to feel at home.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and everything was just perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended accommodation. I will surely be back this Summer Madness Festival.

“A Stay Made Special by an Amazing Host”

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay in Cebu. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist us with tuk-tuk arrangements and bookings, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. She was very accommodating and friendly, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with her—those conversations made the stay feel even more special and homely. You can really feel the care and warmth she puts into hosting. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a host who truly makes you feel at home

The lady who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay was sweet. She rent us a scooter, gave us some advices. The location of the place is good only if you have a scooter. We liked it as it was quieter than other parts of the town. The place was clean.

Nice quiet location, clean, the lady looking after the place was extremely lovely and helpful. She booked the canyoneering for us and always made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Fridge in room was very handy, hot shower was great and hanging space outside for wet clothing items was also useful. Would recommend and stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Friendly host, good value for money

“Comfortable stay with A/C and close to Panagsama Beach”

The property host was very pleasant and helpful for the four nights we stayed, offering suggestions for canyoneering tours at Kawasan Falls via her cousin (which was very good!). We also hired a motor scooter via the property, which was in good condition and with plenty of fuel (rate was PHP 450/day). The size of room was good as was the condition of the furniture, the A/C and small fridge were a plus also. The property is close to the main Panagsama Road and all the cafes/restaurants/bars there - on the scooter it only takes 5-10 minutes to get there, depending on how close to Panagsama Beach you want to be.

My wife and I are very disappointed to put it mildly, with the way we were treated and lied to by the owner. We booked it because they said they had the option of parking our car. WE got there, and knocked on the gate for a long time, because access was all locked up. and eventually a woman came to the gate after 10 minutes and first said she was a guest, and couldn't help us, but she then soon changed her tune and said she also lived there, but knows nothing and is not an employee, but that didn't even seem credible.

The clothing rack was a good addition as we had swimsuits that needed drying. There was good outdoor space decorated with lovely plants and flowers.

“Great value for money guesthouse”

Kababsoy has everything you need for your stay. Good value for money, nice room, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower. Internet is really fast (140mbps) so you can work from here without issues. The landy who runs the place is the sweetest woman ever. She helped us organising canyoneering, renting a scooter, calling a trycicle. Because we were there on Valentines day, she put flowers, a cake and a note outside of our room. She is always super sweet and doing her best to make sure the guests are happy. We would definitely like to come back here.

“Helpful neighbourhood”

It was nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is clean, warm water with paper toilet. The neighbour was friendly and helpful. Possibility to rent motorbike on site.

The property was clean and comfortable and really good AC!! The room was spacious and the shower was hot and had really good water pressure. Free coffee in the room was a nice touch too. Staff were really friendly and helpful and you can hire motorbikes there. Short distance to the main town/beach area where you can snorkel with the sardines and we saw a big turtle. The beach and bars are at a walking distance but only 200php in a tuk tuk. Buses to Cebu city or Oslob are close to the property too.

The host was amazing, she makes yourself at home, location is great, wifi cannot be better. 100% recommended!
