The room was clean and modern. Its a boutique style hotel therefore there was no other facilities but location was central so activities and restaurants are close by. The staff were excellent. Always helpful and attentive.

Nice and spacious apartment, with superb and smiling staff. Room cleaned everyday, they also sell tours that are priced far better than on the websites of getyourguide.com. Two minutes from panagsama beach with millions of sardines and turtles.

This is a great place to stay at in Moalboal. Super clean and comfortable. The rooms come with a water dispenser all to yourself, a minifridge, umbrella, and hairdryer. The staff is super kind and attentive and they can arrange excursions, taxis to Cebu, a guide to see the sardine run. All with a very amazing attitude and being super friendly. The location is also a great pro.

The location is just PERFECT! near all cafes, spas, restaurants and the sardine spot. The room was quite, large, always clean. The air conditioning is working properly. Security 24h. I really liked it.

This is a simple hotel with no pool or breakfast, but its huge advantage is its location—just a two-minute walk from the beach and very close to all the restaurants. Take your room key and go to swim with the sardines. The room was very clean and spacious, the air conditioning was quiet, and the entire area was so peaceful that, despite being near the restaurants, the only sound was that of crickets. The hotel staff was very kind, and it was clear that they had thoughtfully considered the needs of tourists. The room had a water dispenser, allowing guests to refill water for their entire stay. They also provided a designated rack with hangers for drying laundry outside the room. At the entrance to each room, there was a hand sanitizer station, the TV was equipped with Netflix, and overall, even though the hotel is not five-star, I had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff are very nice. The room has complete amenities -- coffee station, towels, shampoo & body wash, hanger for clothes, clothing rack, blow dryer and even a mini ref! Hotel was near the beach and other nearby restaurants and cafes. Bonus points since they offer a secure and gated parking space just across from the hotel.
