Good breakfast, decent complementary dinner. The gym is a bit basic, but it's there :) Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, etc. We stopped there for an overnight stop on the way, but it was still very nice. It's a beautiful town.

Evening meal and breakfast included, so we didn’t have to go to find something to eat after a long day driving. Location to the water front and local supermarket. nice view.

Dinner and breakfast included - quality and choice excellent (fish, pasta, various salads etc for dinner). Very wide breakfast choices.

It’s a really nice hotel, with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. There’s a buffet dinner included in the price (as well as breakfast in the morning), a few simple good dishes well cooked, with a lot of vegetables which we highly appreciated.

“Avoid if you are on business trip and need invoice for stay”

When I made reservation couple of weeks before my arrival I sent data for invoice to be issued. The hotel customer service (Maksym) refused to do it and said that invoice should be issued by portal. I asked portal for help and they explain to the hotel what are their duties. The hotel agrreed. I was totally surprised when the hotel refused to issue the invoice for stay after my stay. They said once again it is not your duty. There was no manager to resolve such obvious issue. I was said by reception staff (Aleksandra) that I wasted her time and I can wait until evening but the result will be the same. She decided that no invoice for stay paid by me be issued. After couple of hours I received invoice on my email so it means Aleksandra was trained on her duties. I hope that on customer service as well as I never met such rude person. After couple of days Maksym sent me an email and said that no invoice will be issued for me as I paid to portal for the reservation not directly at the hotel. I shows that there is no managing at higher level and each employee can decide on business policy I travel a lot and such experienced was my first time. I think that Home Hotel Helma is monkey business so the issue was adressed to local police and tax office to investigate

“Nice hotel”

Lovely hotel, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The “private parking” is a non-secure parking lot accessible by the public just to be aware. Close to some good restaurants (as hotel restaurant was not interesting).

Big room and comfy beds- Great breakfast and dinner. Both included in room price when did reservation. Parking free outside the hotel. Friendly staff and good location.

This hotel set the standard for how a hotel should be: coffee/tea and snacks available, breakfast and dinner included, high speed internet, TV that you can chromecast to, very clean and large room.
