“10 Days of Perfect Relaxation | Sunsets, Sea, Turtles, and Wonderful Hosts”

We spent 10 nights here, and it was a fantastic experience in every way! Every evening, we enjoyed a breathtaking view – watching the sunset from the terrace was simply magical. Our hosts, Paula and Drago, were incredibly kind and attentive. Paula made sure we had everything we needed, with regular towel and linen changes, and the apartment was always spotlessly clean. Drago was also very helpful and always ready to assist if we had any questions or issues – such care and hospitality are truly rare! There are three beaches within a 10-minute walk. Walking down is easy, but getting back up is a bit of a workout – still absolutely worth it. For groceries and restaurants, we definitely recommend having a car (or possibly using public transport – we didn’t try that), as walking between the nearby towns isn't really possible. Cavtat, Mlini, and Dubrovnik are only a 10–20 minute drive away. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby, with Kaufland, Lidl, H&M, and more. The apartment’s kitchen is perfectly equipped – we cooked 3 or 4 times during our stay. There’s a microwave, kettle, toaster – everything you’d need for a longer holiday. P.S.: There are turtles in the garden, which was a lovely surprise – especially if you're visiting with kids or fellow animal lovers! 😊 All in all, we can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-cared-for getaway near Dubrovnik!

This was a superb apartment. The location is stunning with beautiful views across the bay from which to enjoy some stunning sunsets and breakfast on the terrace in the morning. The local beach was lovely, with plenty of space and a restaurant for cold drinks or a relaxing lunch. Day trips to Dubrovnik or Cavtat were easy with the a ferry from the nearby beach. A genuinely warm welcome from the hosts Paul and Drago made this a very special stay and one that we will remember for a long time.

Our stay at Villa Panorama was really comfortable and enjoyable! The room and bathroom were clean, good size, and equipped with all necessary. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and we could enjoy it in the balcony we had. Paula and Drago were incredible hosts, they are very kind, caring and helpful.

Both of them were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Paula is so helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed – whether it was tips about the area or just making sure we were comfortable. Drogo has a real passion for history, and I really enjoyed listening to him share his knowledge and stories – it made our stay even more interesting and memorable. Their breakfast was like something made by mom – delicious! and filled with love. Just perfect! They are both genuinely friendly and warm people, and we felt lucky to have met them. We’d definitely love to come back one day. Highly recommended!

We like the apartment and the hosts a lot. We had an amazing stay! The stunning view of the calm Adriatic Sea from the terrace of the apartment (very relaxing) with the sound of the birds singing all throughout the day, excellent view of the sunrise and sunset from the lounge to the terrace,the amazing, committed, very welcoming and caring hosts (Paula and Drago), the quietness, cleanliness and comfortability of the accommodation, the property has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows hence my husband and I had restful sleep every night, the location is near the beach and easy accessibility to the airport (10 mins drive away) . Paula is very organised, she helped us organised our day trips and she is easily reachable and responsive to any questions and requests. Drago maintains the property surrounding very well. The property is a short uber ride to Dubrovnik (£12) or by bus (£3), you can easily reach Cavtat, Srebreno (good small mall with good supermarket, cash machine and excellent beach) and Mlini beach and harbour. Excellent stay, we will definitely come back again!

Very comfortable and clean with gorgeous sea views

Excellent apartment, new ,modern and super clean thay have everything that you need for your stay from kitchen equipment, bathroom and comfort bedroom. The hosts Drago and Paula are very nice and friendly ,helpful people. The view from the apartment is magnificent. The yard is also great super green 💚.Villa Panorama is in the place Plat near Dubrovnik, you have bus station near the house with line every 30 min and it takes about 25 min drive to Dubrovnik. The market is about 10 min walk. The house is near restaurants with great meals. Almost forgot something about beaches - you have wonderful beaches down from the house, about 5 min walk with super clean sea. I don't know what to tell more except GREAT, WONDERFUL, AMAZING, EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY ♥️👍

Paula and Dragon were great hosts, lovely couple that were always willing to help out with any questions or directions. The apartment was kept clean daily and was central to Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat with a very accessible & regular bus routes to both places. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we both enjoyed our stay in Croatia very much. Villa panorama is a great place to stay and explore the surrounding areas easily while being away from the centre of the towns with a lovely beach at the bottom of the hill.

The owners were so kind and helpful. Popped down to ask about bus routes and they provided coffee and a lovely chat. Nothing was too much trouble. they made the bed every morning and refreshed the bathroom.
