What an excellent place. Ana, the owner, is lovely and provided lots of info on local eateries etc. The place itself has a beautiful decor, it is airy and bright. The swimming pool is also great. The location is convenient: 10 min walk to the shopping centre with a big supermarket, extra 5 min to local beaches. You can catch bus no.10 to Cavtat or Dubrovnik; bus stops 5 min walk.

We were enthralled not only by the breathtaking scenery but also by our hosts' flawless service. Our stay was genuinely unforgettable because of every little detail, from the chic décor to the fully functional kitchen. Every moment felt curated to perfection, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the experience. As we explored the local area, we discovered hidden gems that only added to the charm of our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gold Residence — The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool area was a highlight — quiet, spotless, and ideal for tanning. The location was perfect- a short walk from the beach (water taxi, restaurants) and shopping centre. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Check-in and out was smooth. We would stay here in the future.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, even bought us a bag of goodies half way into the trip! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were very kindly asked if we needed anything - towels, new bedding etc half way into the stay. The pool was perfect for a cooling dip and the sun beds were nicely half in the shade / half in the sun. The location is great for Dubrovnik and Cavtat and there is a lot of choice of restaurants in Mlini too. Pizza Kapo, 20 metres down the road is a must visit! 10/10 visit, would definitely return!

The Villa is ideally located in the Srebreno/Mlini region, easily accessible by car or bus from the airport. Within a short walking distance, you'll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a coffee bar, and an excellent pizzeria. The Villa itself provides exceptional comfort with modern, new equipment, ensuring a pleasant stay. The host is very friendly and supportive, offering assistance and engaging in small talk about the region and local navigation at any time of day. The Srebreno/Mlini area features several beaches, both pebbly and sandy, surrounded by large, fragrant pine trees. These beaches are popular with both locals and visitors, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars, with English commonly spoken, and a lovely promenade perfect for a stroll along the Adriatic Sea.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a lovely little balcony that overlooked the mountains. The pool was great and a real bonus. It was also perfectly located for Srebeno beach and Kupari beach.

“Relaxing location, great for visiting both Dubrovnik and Cavtat”

Everything, the studio apartment was perfect for couples, perfect amount of space and with the little kitchen, for small meals was perfect. We had our cooked breakfast every day and either lunch or dinner in there. Being so close to the shopping centre also was a bonus. Loads of parking of you are driving. The pool and outdoor area was perfect! Bus was located so close as we used that as it was convenient. The host Ana was just lovely and even left us a gift for our honeymoon and as we arrived late, stuff for our breakfast. Very quick on the messages and just lovely in general.

The hotel itself and room is exactly like the photos. Room has lots of space, kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need, they even had oil, salt and pepper. They had also left coffee, tea and sugar sachets. We also received complimentary treats which was very cute they even had water in a glass bottle ready for us in the fridge which was so thoughtful as we were gasping. Bathroom was spotless and had mini toiletries which is handy if you didn't being your own. Marija was so lovely and helpful, always stayed in contact to make sure we were okay and being looked after, she also gave directions to bus stops and there schedules. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and it was well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again. It is about 20 minute drive from old town but Uber was €13 or the local bus is €3. Beach is also a 20 min walk. There are 2 shops on either side of the hotel 1 is a 12 minute walk and it is a proper supermarket the other is a 5 minute walk and is a small but has everything you need kind of shop. The pool is on the smaller side but there is still plenty of room to do some swimming laps.

Such a lovely clean modern comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Ana was very welcoming and made sure everything was OK with us during our stay, even brought us some fresh veggies from her garden. Pool was an added bonus and the pizza place just 50m down the road was really nice too. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit dubrovnik and Cavtat area. Regular bus and boat services to both. Lovely fine pebbled beach in Srebreno which was close by.

“Immaculate Villa in a lovely safe place with friendly locals”

The Villa was immaculate, so clean, fresh, new. There was an air conditioning unit. At times, we didn't need to use it, though. Everything you could need was in this very roomy apartment. Ana had organised us an amazing taxi service at our request from and to the airport. Ana was lovely welcoming us to our unit. There were little bits for us to drink, nibble on. The pool was fabulous and very refreshing. The location was amazing. We felt at home with the lovely locals. There was a lovely restaurant a short walk away, open in the evenings. Then, a local bakery with a small grocery store just around the corner. There was a sports bar nearby where locals went, with very good prices, they only do drinks. There is a medical centre across the road from the bar, where I easily saw a Dr. Walking down towards the beach, you come across restaurants and a shopping centre with a bigger supermarket underneath. There is a local ferry (boat) that takes you to Dubrovnic, Mlini, Cavtat, and does excursions. The buses also went to various places, and a bus stop was just outside the villa. This was the best villa/apartment I've ever stayed in.

Very big and spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms. Everything was super clean, nice and new. Also well equipped. Host was helpful and responsive. Nearby is fantastic reastaurant Kapo. Parking spaces are spacious and right next to the building.

New, comfortable apartment with swimming pool, parking place. In 50 m you can find a good place for dinner, pizzeria Kapo, but you should make reservation in advance. Walking to the beach will take 15-20 minutes.
