Beautiful apartment with all equipment you need for peaceful and cozy stay. The best is view from balcony to the harbour. The owner is super kind and helpful :)

“Clean apartment with a great view overlooking Mlini harbour”

The apartment has a great view over the harbour of Mlini. From here you can take a water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Karol, the owner, was very hospitable and nice. The apartment sits right on top of a restaurant and there’s also a bar close by.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Modern and clean kitchen & bathroom. Great choice of British TV programs and films. Lovely views looking over the sea.

“Great views, clean, relaxing, excellent hosts”

Ana (if I’m not wrong) and her son I’ve were excellent hosts. Since I arrived late at around 10pm, Ana was so kind to have kept me some food. Bonus points for this gesture! One of my best stays while travelling abroad. Stunning views, sound of the waves day and night, locals downstairs chilling and local vibes. Great location with 30 mins taxi boat ride to Dubrovnik old town for €10 one way and €15 return.

The apartment was very clean comfortable and had everything you needed for a wonderful visit. The view is fantastic and location couldn’t be better. This a wonderful family owned apartment with there fabulous restaurant downstairs. This restaurant is a must visit, the food and service are first class. Fresh beautifully cooked seafood and excellent wines. We highly recommend staying here and enjoying the local area and restaurants.

“Wonderful stay & great location.”

Lovely location, we spent many an evening and morning just sat on the terrace watching the world go by. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spacious, had plenty of storage space, light & airy. Karol was a wonderful host, making sure we never wanted for anything and also those little extras like the bottle of wine and the homemade cake were very much appreciated. Easy access for the ferries to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, plus other boat tours. Restaurants within easy access, although the family run restaurant below is highly recommended as well. Perfect little spot for us and so glad we chose it.

Having stayed in Mlini before, we feel this is one of Mlini's hidden gems when it comes to accommodation - stunning location right on the little harbour - perfect to wake up to each morning. Owners are very friendly and helpful to make sure the stay was good. Apartment was newly renovated with modern feel and lovely finish. 10 night was not enough!

Best views from the very large terrace. So relaxing and think the apartment was in the best position in Mlini. Host was so friendly and helpful and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean.

“Wonderful Stay at Villa Ana Apartments”

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ana Apartments in Mlini. The scenic location offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and easy access to Mlini Beach. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even providing us with a late check-out. The proximity to Dubrovnik and local attractions is a big plus. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

“Excellent location and view”

We stayed 3 nights in June-July 2024 and had a very nice apartment facing the sea with a terrace. The location by the Mlini Harbor is excellent and despite having a restaurant downstairs the apartment is quiet at night time. Ferries to Cavtat and Dubrovnik leave from the harbor 1 min walk away. Beach is 3 minutes away. There are several good restaurants in walking distance and Mlini and Srebreno are nicely connected by a walking path. The overall quality of the apartment (bed, pillows, furniture) is quite okay, but the location and the terrace overlooking Adriatic sea make this apartment exceptional. The owners are nice and helpful, and arranged a parking space for us. We also appreciated the welcoming drink in our room made by the owners.

“Relaxing short break in a perfect location.”

Great location and a very well equipped apartment. Parked our hire car on the quayside and that’s where it stayed for the three days of our visit. Ample walking opportunities along the coast with lots of great coffee shops and restaurants en route. Small boat ferry service at the end of the quayside into Dubrovnik; so convenient! Crystal clear, warm (24 degrees) seawater for safe swimming. So quiet and restful during early June.

Location right on a small harbour with regular ferry and water taxi and right on pristine beaches for swimming. Great views from the balcony. Very beautiful area.

“Lovely place!”

This appartment is lovely situated by the harbour with a wonderful view of the sea. At the big terrace you can enjoy the life of the street below and wonderful sunsets. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mlini is a cute little village were it is easy to “feel like home”. Nice little beach, good restaurants and boat charter into Dubrovnik and other villages all day.
