The hosts were very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The room was very clean and comfortable, with great air con. The pool area was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views.

The view is beautiful, and the area is quiet. There is a lovely local restaurant down the stairs, first left near the main road.

the accomodation is run by a family therefore the host and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the pood and the view from it! We went with a group of friends and we had the pool for ourselves most of the days.  We also appreciated the volleyball that was there—it was a great idea and a lot of fun.  The accomodation is in a great location, close to the bus stop, a small shop and a bakery. The beach is also within walking distance, accessible via a set of stairs.

We loved that we got to eat home-cooked food each night, lovingly and expertly cooked by the family who own the property. The fish was delicious, and it was such good value, and we got to eat it whilst enjoying a fantastic view over the bay below. There was a pool that looked great but we made the most of the wonderful beaches at the bottom of the hill, a relatively short walk away although it is tougher on the way back up! Host Amer was very helpful, and he and his parents provided a class service that enhanced the quality of our stay. Thoroughly recommend this place to any others interested in staying in Mlini, which is a short bus ride or very enjoyable ferry ride away from Dubrovnik.

At just 20 minutes removed from Dubrovnik, Villa Adriatic Apartments provides a wonderful stay in the tranquille town of Mlini. We could not have desired for a better accommodation in the area. We had the pleasure of staying here during the summer of 2025. Although our group consisted of six relatively young lads, the apartments are suited for every kind of traveller. If the walk down to the coastline of Mlini is too far for comfort, then a visit to the swimming pool is an excellent choice. Or, take an uber to the centre of Dubrovnik to behold the intriguing history and life it clenches. If you do not feel like going to a restaurant in Dubrovnik, there is an option to eat at the apartment. The host’s family prepares an exquisite daily dinner with home-grown ingredients and proteine of choice (meat, fish or chicken). There is an option to bring drinks yourself, but in the absence of the aforementioned, the hosts have enough beverages to meet your desires. Overall, we had a very nice stay, and if we ever go back to Mlini again, we will be sure to book with this accommodation again.

The pool and the view were fantastic. Rooms were clean. But the best thing about this place were the hosts. Amer and his family are very helpful and welcoming. We ended up staying there for more days. Its a short walk about 10 min to the beach, but its a bit steep, however they have both parking at the villa and down the stairs. Amer helped us with great tips for our trips to Bosnia and to Dubrovnik. They also have a common kitchen area were guests can store and fix food. They do offer breakfast and dinner which we tried. The food and service was really good and priceworthy and you can enjoy your meal with a great view. Will definately stay here again.
