“Best stay near Dubrovnik”

The property was everything that you would hope for on a vacation. The view from the balcony of the sea and the sunset were amazing, the host was the best host possible. The size was just right for our 5 day stay as a family of 3. It was just 15 mins driving from Dubrovnik old town.

We stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved the apartment and the view from the balcony. You can see the amazing sunset. Plus, family offers family restaurants downstairs. Both bus station and the beach were close to apartment. It cane around 5-6 min. The bus operates every hour and you can easily with great view go to both directions: Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Plus Sub City is very close to the apartment like 2-3 stations by bus where you can do grocery at Konzum or eat at different restaurants like Tottobene. Plus , there is Muller and Dm there as well. The host was amazing. They were so kind to us and replying to us very quickly. They guided us on many things. We loved it and we will definitely stay here again. Just fyi, it is Dachgeschoss so it can get hot during summer but luckily, there is ac in living room. Btw all rooms were clean, modern. Bed was quite large and kitchen had all the essential stuffs. Thank you for making it very comfortable for us!

“Exceptional stay, superb value”

Beautiful, clean, well maintained and stocked apartment. It's very stylish and the photos don't do it justice. The host is a great guy, exceptionally attentive to the needs of his guests and a very friendly and helpful person. He recommended the light show in the old town, which was very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

“Perfect sunsets”

It was great because it was just between Dubrovnik old town and the airport. Close to several small beaches with walking distance. Also a bus stop few minutes on the main road. Bus 10 in to Dubrovnik old town. 5 minutes drive to Cavat, which i actually liked better than Dubrovnik. We had an amazing afternoon with good food. If you stay here, book in advance for the families restaurant underneath the apartment. It's always fully booked, but the food was so good. And try the homemade wine 👌 i would stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik. We cooked food almost every evening. it's a fully equipped kitchen. Me and my son had a great time and beautiful sunsets every evening.

“Perfect place, perfect hosts 😊”

The apartment was amazing, gorgeous view from the balcony. Communication with Dubravko was great, and he made us feel so welcome and at home when we arrived. Family run restaurant downstairs served fantastic seafood! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location

Flat is clean, nicely furnitured, with a comfortable bed and comes with a stunning view. Hosting is exellent, kind, generous and friendly communication. Location is good, if you don´t mind the short walk, bus stop is on the main road taking you both to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Buses runs often and with a fraction of price compares to taxi. Food store with good supply also only a short walk away, restaurants as well. However if visiting during buzzy season, you have the one considered being the best in the area located bottom floor runned by the hosting family. The flat a lot better option than staying in Cavtat or Dubrovnik.

Very cozy apartments with a incredible view on the sea. All was clean and very nice even more than the photos. Here you can find even the shave gel not saying about the oil for dishes and species for cooking so I was really impressed!! Many thanks for that!! This place you'll be want to return)

“Beautiful apartment, brilliant host and fantastic location.”

We had a very warm welcome from the host when we arrived at the beautiful apartment. The location was great- we walked to the water taxi at the bottom of the hill to get to Dubrovnik. There are a couple of pretty beaches within walking distance and a nice beachside restaurant. We had a meal at the restaurant below the apartment and had a fantastic evening! The apartment was really well furnished and has lots of little personal touches- that together with a super host made our stay perfect!

The warm hospitality. Recognising that there was little open on the day and the time we arrived Teja kindly offered us a little something to eat consisting of meat and cheese. We liked the great attention to detail and the well-stocked kitchen and weather permitting you might be lucky to catch the lovely sea view from the balcony.

New, clean, very comfy place to stay, with a beautiful sea view from the living room. I highly recommend this place, especially for a couple.
