“Francesca is lovely!”
Very peaceful. Easy to get the bus into Dubrovnik old town. Portun restaurant is within walking distance, if you love meat it's very nice food. We also loved that the shopping centre with 2 hour free parking is very close.

Lovely friendly quiet place. Ideal for a few days visiting Dubrovnik. No 16/16A bus from end of road straight to old town. Don't think about driving there!. Only 15 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to restaurants

Very detailed clean ! bath was perfect with the big window and all you need. Bed is great ! Breakfast is very nice and the girl there was excellent. She proposed some great things to do. Francesca also gave us perfect info for the bus to get to crowded Dubrovnik !!!

“Very nice place”
It's a very nice, comfortable place, and we had everything we needed for our stay. There's a fully equipped communal kitchen and a large terrace. The staff, including Mrs. Francesca, were very helpful and chatty.

“Pleasant”
The hosts were very kind, warm and supportive. We felt at we are really their guests not their costumers! Katerina is a fantastic person, she is very nice and lovely. The room was very clean and it was being cleaned every day. The shared kitchen also was very clean. Along with the simple but well enough breakfast, they offered something new every morning especially for our kid. They allowed us to have a late check out. The shower had a very good pressure, no cut off, no temperature change!

“Fabulous Francesca Guesthouse”
Francesca’s place is wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom is so clean and very relaxing. The fridge and kitchen was a real bonus. It’s a little far from the city so you need the bus. However there is a supermarket and bus stop within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and the two ladies were lovely and very helpful. I fully recommend staying with Francesca.

Francesca and her son are lovely. Really nice room with a balcony. See view in pics. By night and by day. Bed was very very comfortable.
