“Best stay of our holiday”

We loved everything about this apartment and our stay at Apartment Villa Maria. We were greeted by our host and he was absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and looks brand new, which shows how well they look after the place. A walk down the hill to Kings restaurant is a must, the food and staff were amazing. We were even invited to have birthday cake with the host for their daughters birthday as we were leaving. Such warm, lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

This apartment is off the scale 🩵 The service is like in a five-star hotel. We felt at home. Very clean, a daily change of fresh towels, bed linen upon request. Ana spoiled us with home-made cake and the basket of fresh vegetables from her garden. There is a breathtaking view from the terrace. Having breakfast there was a real pleasure. We enjoyed our stay and if there is a chance, we’ll come back.

This is truly one of the best hosts and fantastic place to stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with fresh fruits and Croatian wine on Saturday, a basket of organic vegetables from the hosts’ garden on Monday, and homemade cake on the day we were leaving. We also received a fridge magnet as a thoughtful gift. The hosts were incredibly helpful in every way - offering valuable tips, recommendations, and always ready to assist with any request. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, spacious, and furnished with very comfortable beds. Towels and bed linens can be changed daily upon request, and the garbage was emptied every day. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could need, and more. The balcony offers stunning sea views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find pizza place, restaurants, and several beaches. Additionally, there is a great public swimming pool nearby that overlooks the sea. We recommend this place. By car, it’s just 11 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Dubrovnik, and about an hour to Ston.

In short, it's 100/10. Ana and Dubravko are incredible hosts who will welcome you with warmth and wine and help you with everything from restaurant reservations to perfectly planned transfers. The accommodation is very cosy and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more, as well as lots of lovely little touches. The balcony offers incredible views of the sea and stunning sunsets in the evening. There are several beautiful beaches nearby, and in mid-June there weren't many people, so you can relax without unnecessary noise. It takes 20 minutes to get to Dubrovnik by taxi and about 10 minutes to get to Cavtat. You can easily call an Uber. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay cosy and comfortable, and Ana treats you to homemade baked goods and vegetables from her own garden. Highly recommended! If we plan another trip to Dubrovnik, we will definitely stay here again.

“An oasis with splendid view and thoughtful hosts”

Lovely accomodation very close to Dubrovnik, clean, spacious and modernly decorated. It offers all necessary amenities for a at-home feeling. Bus station, a supermarket, very good restaurants and a pitoresque beach are all within walking distance. The view from the balcony is absolutely splendid, the pictures don‘t do justice. The hosts are wonderful and very thoughtful. Ana‘s place was for us the best accomodation for visiting Dubrovnik while still enjoying a calm and relaxing oasis.

Big thanks to Ana for an epic stay! We stayed in Plat and honestly, getting around was a breeze — Ubers showed up fast every time and felt super safe. Ana totally spoiled us with homemade croissants and even hooked us up with a transfer to the bus stop, making leaving stress-free. Her recs for spots in and around Dubrovnik were absolute gold and made our trip next level. Ana, you’re the best! Can’t wait to come back.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all home comforts. Ana and Dubravko have thought of every detail to make the stay at the apartment feel like home. From organising our airport transfer and welcoming us on arrival (despite it being past midnight) to providing a bottle of wine, fruit and coffee and a constant supply of fresh towels our host could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed the wonderful sea views, and peaceful location while still being in easy access of Dubrovnik as well as Cavtat and Mlini along the coast via local bus or Uber . The lovely local beach was a short walk away as was the supermarket and a very good pizzeria. If we visit this area again we would not hesitate to stay at Villa Maria Apartments again.

“Chilled relaxing break - gorgeous apartment”

Everything you could possibly need was there - fresh and airy space with amazing view from the balcony

The place is trully great, super clean, very spacious and comfortable for 4. The view from the balcony is amazing, whatever time you look. I enjoyed sitting there and reading when was not in mood for swimming. Swimming itself is also good, there are 4 beaches in few mins walk distance, good for adults, good for children. Dubrovnik with its all attractions is within short drive (uber service usually comes 1-2 mins in high season). There is one more aspect to mention, last but not least: the landlords. Very open, very friendly, very helpful. I will never forget their hospitality. Ah! and also the short trip to their olive trees grove, trying the figs and almonds directly from a tree, listening to real practitioner story what is the olive making in practice. Thank yoy for amazing vacation. We will come back with great pleasure.

“Perfection close to everything but peaceful”

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much! Ana really went above and beyond, choc croissant 🥐 she made for us. Lent us car seats for our Children & last night left my children the sweetest Easter gifts containing soft toys & eggs. The apartment was perfect, lovely comfy, clean modern furniture. The bathroom was efficient and elegant. My children liked their bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely. Couldn't fault the apartment whatsoever. Ana always responded quickly if we needed anything. I would stay here again in an instance I wouldn't bother looking around for anywhere else. We are a family of 5 and it worked perfectly for us and still felt spacious!

The apartment was truly excellent an d of high quality in all respects. Our hosts, Ana and her husband were super nice and attentive. We received more gifts during our stay like homemade cookies and products and kind birthday/New Year' Eve messages. The surrounding is also beautiful. We highly recommend anybody for staying here.

The hostess, Ana had thought of everything, she was very generous leaving us some goodies including home baked cakes, kind and helpful. The apartment was lavishly equipped to a very high standard, luxurious in fact. The location was superb being only a sensible walk from a beautiful beach and large supermarkets in Mlini just up the road. Importantly this apartment is close enough to Dubrovnik for it to be accessible but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing.

That was great experience to stay at this apartment. Owners are very nice and ensuring the stay was just perfect! We were a bit late at arrival but there was not a problem for owners to wait for us and warmly welcome at apartment. Owners gave hints to explore Dubrovnik and allowed to store bikes in their garage.
