Apartments Maris is set in Plat, 6 km from Cavtat and 12 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik. It offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the sea. Great apartment, sea view especially. Very clean, exactly like in the pictures. All necessary appliances are available. Also the ower is super nice :) I recommend it.

Not far from the main road, but quite quiet. Own parking space. 10 minutes down the hill to the sea. Spacious terrace with a beautiful view.

Good apartment. Beautiful view from the terrace. Hostess is nice and friendly. She gives you all necessary information. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes back.

“Perfect!”
My stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! The host was extremely kind and welcoming, receiving us warmly and providing all the necessary assistance during our stay. As for the apartment, I have nothing but praise - it was simply PERFECT. It met all our needs and more! It was very well equipped, impeccably clean, and even surprised us with some treats that made our stay even more special. The location is also a major highlight, located just steps away from a stunning beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a convenient market. We fell in love with the apartment, not only for the exceptional comfort it provides but also for the breathtaking view it offered us at every moment. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

“we will definitely return, Croatia is such a lovely country and we have just seen a very small part”
We chose this property as it met all our requirements, but would just like to point out, in a positive way, that it doesnt have a 'seafront or promenade' that you can stroll along in the evening if that's what is the main thing for you, but saying that there are several little bays that you can walk to and and swim from, and there's the beauty - along with so many birds and the birdsong (and bats in the evening) beautiful view from the balcony across the sea, there is a restaurant called Kings a walk away and served lovely food. Property has everything you could need, we were met by Marina, who was lovely and super helpful and offered us a lift to the supermarket in Sreberno as the local one wasn't open yet as we were on the edge of the summer season, above and beyond:) thank you Marina. We will definitely visit again :)

“Cosy place”
Located in a quiet region (Plat) it was an exellent choise for those who want to visit Mlini, Cavtat. It is suitable for a familly vacation, because it has all the amenities and it is very clean. The owner is very helpful. Dubrovnik is close by (20 minutes by car). Near by it is a bus station and supermarket. The beaches close by (5 min walk) are very ok!
